The detached villa, built in 2015, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Bicycle parking space.

Rovinj, district of Rovinjsko Selo. The villa is located on a 2,500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house itself extends over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. This is an ideal option for large family celebrations or holidays with friends. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
