Lake Harmony is a premier year round vacation destination in the heart of the Poconos and the areas only gas powered lake offering waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Our home is walking distance to lakeside activities (kayaks, tubing, paddle boats, and The Sand Bar), Split Rock resort (waterpark, arcade, bowling, dining), and The HUB (café, market, pub, indoor golf simulator). You will be just a short drive away from Lake Harmony Watersports (wakeboarding, water skiing - lessons available, kayaks, tubing), Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski resorts, restaurants, championship golf, water parks, whitewater rafting, paintball, zip lines, vineyards, hike/bike trails, Jim Thorpe, and much more.

GROUND FLOOR

Patio: Step off the driveway into a cozy outdoor seating area with a chiminea – perfect for cool evenings.

Family Room: Lounge on the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on a 65" Roku TV.

Mudroom: Practical and spacious, with a ski rack and storage for all your gear.

Bedroom 4: Two sets of twin bunk beds – ideal for kids or group stays.

Half Bath

Laundry: Washer and dryer, ironing board, Tide pods provided.


10/10 "Our whole stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was very nice and clean. The hosts attention to detail was amazing. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness especially with the welcome basket full of snacks and wine. The house was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely come back again. Everyone was pleased and comfortable. This place felt like home."

10/10 "The property was absolutely pristine! Super clean, well stocked with pretty much anything you may need on your vacation and then some. The welcome and s’mores baskets were a nice touch. The books and indoor and outdoor games were nice for all ages. We were grateful for the pack and play for our toddler and the bunk room for the littles - super fun! We didn’t plan to have to do laundry, but it was nice that there were some tide pods available as we needed to throw a few loads in. My husband appreciated the mud area for his fishing gear. The hammock and fire pit were fan favorites!"

10/10 "House was great! Super clean and plenty of room for 9 of us. Would fit 10 comfortably. Location was great as well. The hosts provided all of the everyday essentials. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels and blankets. Cleaning supplies. Loved that k cups and a welcome basket was provided! Kids loved the store basket. Would definitely stay again."

GUEST ACCESS

Home access through smart locks/keyless entry. A unique code will be sent the day before arrival allowing for seamless entry into the home.

There is plenty of parking for up to 7 cars in the driveway.

NOTES

Location

Our home is nestled in a wooded area close to the lake. You may encounter local wildlife such as deer, small animals, and occasionally a bear. Being in nature also means insects may be present. While we have professional cleaners and pest control services that regularly treat the property, you might still come across an insect or two, especially during the warmer spring months.

Winter Weather

The Poconos is a popular ski destination and experiences significant snowfall during the winter. We recommend using an all-wheel-drive vehicle for ease and safety. For snowfalls over 2 inches, plow service is provided, though the timing depends on our contractor’s schedule and availability. Shovels and salt are also provided for your convenience. Please plan your travel and stay accordingly.
