We stayed at this newly remodeled home for a college reunion/Drake Relays. It is very close to Drake’s campus and local restaurants. The photos on the website match exactly what you get! The beds were all VERY comfortable, the house was immaculate and it had all we needed. The owners were also very friendly and provided clear communications and fast responses to questions that popped up. If you are looking for a stay in Des Moines (especially for anything at Drake) you should book this rental. We plan to be back when we return for a future reunion!

Great spot for family weekend

We stayed here with another family for the YMCA Regionals swim meet. The place was central and big enough for our two families (4 parents and 3 kids). Much better than a hotel and close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is located within 5-15 minutes to everything including the downtown farmers market and nightlife. Ubers were easy to get as well. The home was updated and clean. Worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples!

Everything was simple. The home was clean and everything was straightforward. We're definitely returning to this location when we visit Des Moines again. It felt like we were in the middle of everything and nothing that we wanted or needed to do was more than 30 minutes away. The only thing that might be of concern to some is the off-street parking. There are, however, plenty of spots and we never had to go more than 140 ft from the front door to find parking. All things considered, I'd highly recommend this location.

Unbeatable.

This property is fantastic. It is very updated, with all the amenities you'd hope to have. The location is literally steps away from the Drake University campus and the Drake Diner. The furnishings and beds are super comfortable and convenient. And the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs! I seriously doubt you can find a better option!

This house is spotless and beautifully decorated! Every room has been fully redone and updated. The neighborhood is quiet with ample street parking right outside the house. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend and hope the house is available the next time we're in town

Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue was the lack of driveway. Not a huge deal but I didn’t really like parking my car on the street infront of the property. It would have been nice to know that going into the rental.
