Kiting, surfing, fishing, swimming, saunas, sunbathing, barbecuing, cycling, skating, playing, trampoline jumping, walking, hiking, rowing, relaxing, experiencing and much more - all this is possible in our "Diversity" beach house with two apartments and an apartment with high equipment.

Quiet family-friendly holiday home with internet, sauna, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, garden, grill in a residential street, in the north of Puttgarden in the first row to the Baltic Sea (400 m) and near the nature reserve "Grüner Brink" it offers the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday.

The house was thoroughly renovated by us in 2014 and 2018 and designed with our own ideas. Sauna and sports room with shower for free use as well as utility room with washing machine and dryer and a large freezer are centrally available in the comfortably built basement.

Larger families or groups with a maximum of 10 people have a great vacation here.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed!
The house is a non-smoking house!
The house has on the 1st floor and on the ground floor 2 bedrooms for 2 people, an open kitchen with living room and fireplace, a shower room with toilet. In the 1st There is a covered balcony on the first floor and a kind of open winter garden on the ground floor, each with a Weber electric grill. All rooms appear bright with their windows and give a cozy warmth due to the high-quality floors in wood plank look.

In the basement there is a one-room apartment with a fireplace, a double bed, an open kitchen and a shower room with toilet.
Here is also the sauna and sports area, which can be used at your own risk.
The utility room is also in the basement and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
All kitchens are equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pots, microwave, cutlery and dishes, blender and cutting knives.
The coal fireplace grill in the garden in front of the house can of course also be used.
In the garden there is a floor trampoline and a small sandpit, which children like to use. Parents are responsible for their children.
Loungers, garden chairs, parasols are also available in the garden or under the roof in the garden.
Under the roof you can easily z. B. hang up the kite or surf suit to dry and there is a clothes line on top of the lawn.
The garbage cans are in the shed behind the wooden door and this must be disposed of properly. Bottles and glass should be disposed of in the bottle container on the beach if they cannot be returned.
