If you opt for this beautiful stone holiday home with its lovely private pool with no opposite, which has been superbly restored according to the rules of the art, you are choosing an exceptional property at the gates of Provence.



Nestled between vineyards, orchards and lavender, it enjoys a prime location close to the most beautiful sites of the Vaucluse and Drome, the Baronnies Regional Park and the Ventoux. A beautiful terrace opens onto nature and the decoration is both extremely refined and modern. The living room is on the second floor and there is a lobby on the first floor.



There are hiking trails in the middle of breathtaking landscapes, climb the Ventoux by bike, or try paragliding, climbing on the Dentelles de Montmirail, relaxing in the water parks of Mirabel, Nyons (17 km) or Monteux, Tasting local products such as the great wines of the Côtes du Rhône, the cheeses of Picodon, the nougat of Sault and Montélimar, the strawberries of Carpentras or the cherries of Venasque, the olive oil of Nyons, will make you feel the return of your escapades. Admire the cultural cities of Orange, Valréas, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nîmes, the castles of Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse... a day at Parc Spirou will delight children or a visit to the crocodile farm in 30 minutes. Note that your pool is located a hundred metres from the house and is accessible via a lovely little path. All shops in Valréas 6km.

Un gîte où l'on se sent bien

Le gîte est bien situé, en pleine nature et en retrait de la route, sans toutefois être très éloigné des commerces de Valreas. L’agencement est moderne et bien conçu avec tout le confort souhaité (et la wifi fonctionne bien !). Une agréable terrasse donne sur un champ de lavandes. Les propriétaires ont eu la bonne idée de conserver des éléments architecturaux anciens qui donnent beaucoup de caractère à l’ensemble. Point important à ajouter : la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte et le recommandons chaleureusement

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 4 avec 2 jeunes enfants. L’appartement est neuf, propre et bien équipé. L’extérieur est vaste, agréable et très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié la piscine privative et l’accueil de la famille Genin. Merci.

Très belle prestation dans un cadre idyllique et très reposant

Nous avons passé en famille un séjour très agréable sur ce petit domaine. Le couple de propriétaires sont des personnes absolument charmantes. Le Bien et conforme à l’annonce impeccable, bien équipé, propre Et tout cela dans un cadre très reposant. Je recommande vraiment cette location.
