The EINZELHAUS "Wiedingharde" is located in a very quiet, idyllic village location. The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. A sheltered terrace with barbecue, sun awning and garden furniture are available. A lockable storage for bicycles is available. Small mini market with baker's shop in village center.

The EINZELHAUS "Wiedingharde" is located in a very quiet, idyllic village location. Ground floor: living room with upholstered furniture and a cozy dining area, 2x LCD TV, stereo, Blue-Ray DVD player, telephone, Internet Lan + WLan (free of charge) and cozy dining area. Fitted kitchen (including with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob). Shower / WC with washing machine. OG: The bedroom has a double bed and TV, The children's room has two single beds (bed size 1,90x0,80m). Bathroom with tub / toilet. On request cot and high chair (free of charge). Pets allowed only after consultation !!!

Leider sehr dreckig und ungepflegt....schade

Die Lage von dem Haus ist wirklich super, sehr ruhig. Der Vorgarten wirkt gepflegt, alles macht erst einen guten Eindruck. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. Platz genug ist auch. Das das Inventar zum Teil schon sehr alt ist, ist ja in Ordnung, absolut ok. Problematisch wirds aber,wenn es an der Reinigung und Pflege happert und offensichtlich nichts mehr investiert werden soll. Beim Betreten fiel als erstes der Rauchmelder auf, die Batterie war leer und der Melder piepste deswegen. Es war also keiner vor unserem Aufenthalt dort zum Reinigen, obwohl man vorab darauf bestand, das wir erst um 16uhr in das Haus durften,nicht früher. Die Fenster wurden offensichtlich schon viele viele Monate nicht mehr geputzt. Die Scheiben sehr dreckig und in den Fensterrahmen eine Dreckmenge, das hab ich so noch nicht erlebt. In der Küche war es oberflächlich sauber, aber wenn man Griffe angefasst hat, wars klebrig. Der Schrank mit den Mülleimern war einfach nur eine Frechheit, dreckig, siffig ungeputzt, Haare, ECKELHAFT. Geschirr haben wir vor dem benutzen erst komplett spülen müssen. In Duschbad schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke, dreckige, schimmlige Fugen, verdreckte Duschabtrennung. Hinter der Waschmaschine wieder Dreck und Haare ohne Ende. Beleuchtung vom Spiegelschrank defekt, der Knopf von dem betagten Teil defekt. Im Wohnzimmer sind schon einige Röllchen von den Vorhängen abgerissen, hier war man zu geizig neue zu kaufen und hat einfach Stücke Schnur drangebunden. Der Lautstärkeregler vom Radio ist defekt, es kratzt beim Lauter/Leiser machen und es ist Glücksache, ob Ton abgespielt wird oder nur Kratzen zu hören ist. Der Freisitz im Garten hat nicht damit gerechnet, das wir kommen, es war nichts vorbereitet. Ich musste erst das rostige Vorhängeschloss bearbeiten, um dann an die dreckigen und großteils kaputten Gartenmöbel zu kommen. Die haben wir dann erstmal gereinigt und uns die Polster mit den wenigsten Löchern ausgesucht. Wir haben uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen und das alles mit Humor genommen. Ich habe im Nachhinein die Kontaktperson des Besitzers auf das alles hingewiesen, diese war während unseres Aufenthalts selbst in Urlaub. Ich habe sie und auch die Firmenadresse angeschrieben. Immerhin mussten wir 95€ Endreinigung im Voraus bezahlen, was wir für den Zustand, in dem wir das Haus vorgefunden haben nur schwer akzeptieren können. Eine Antwort habe ich nicht bekommen und erst DIESE Tatsache hat mich zu dieser Bewertung veranlasst.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Ferienhaus, hundefreundlich (allerdings ist nur der Innenhof, der wegen des Standorts der Mülleimer auch von anderen Personen kurzfristig betreten wird, komplett eingezäunt).

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr hundefreundlich, da eingezäunter Garten. Ruhige Lage. Das zweite Zimmer etwas klein.
