Very close to wofford made it the perfect location for us. The check in was a breeze and having laundry in the unit was great. We will be back for sure.

Very welcoming, feels like home, with close access to everything. The host was prompt in responding whenever we had questions. Th house was well cared for, and had all the needed comforts of home. We enjoyed the back patio for coffee in the mornings and for relaxing in the evening. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

What a gem!! Such a clean, comfortable, easy-going, restful stay we had here. Everything we needed. Great neighborhood, great location. Fenced in backyard was perfect for early morning, coffee and evening meals in September. Thank you to our always available host!

GREAT STAY!

This property was great in so many ways. Laurie was extremely friendly and responsive during the booking process and during our stay. Townhouse had everything we needed. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN (better than any hotel) which was fantastic. Kitchen and bath towels and sheets were like new. Suggested tourism sites and restaurants was provided, which was nice. Location is quiet and peaceful. We will be back!

Family visit

My family and I stayed at this property for a funeral in the area. It was a great experience staying at this house! The house was perfectly clean! Everything was organized and found easily. Great communication with the host, and a stress free experience. Thank you!

Perfect Stay for the Weekend!

My family and I came into town for a soccer showcase, so we needed to be close to the fields. We wanted to stay in a place where we could have enough space and cook pre-made meals. This place had both. I also had to bring my dog, so I was also looking for a pet-friendly place. The fenced-in yard was another great addition for us. Overall, I would highly recommend this place; I will be staying here again if we have another showcase in this area. PS-The only negative was the beds. The sheets and comforters were great. However, the beds were not too comfortable, and I found myself feeling as if I might fall onto the floor (in the master bedroom). This was not a huge concern for us as we often go camping and sleep on the ground, but my back was hurting a bit after sleeping on this bed for 3 nights. I did feel that I needed to mention this for people who may have back issues. :)

Vacation

The rental was beautiful and cozy. The fenced in backyard was a bonus for me to be able to let my 2 dogs out. The host was kind and helpful. Me and my daughter were venders at Santa’s Shoppe at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium and the rental was convenient to get to. I would love to come back again and highly recommend the host and the rental.

Fabulous House - Perfect for our visit

Came from England to stay at this lovely property to visit our son who is on the soccer team at USC Upstate. We had the best two weeks, really central to everything and especially our Son! Property was really clean and welcoming, host was so accomodating, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much for a great stay and we will definitely be back. 👍👍❤️❤️

Charming retreat to visit your college kids.

Great place! Perfect location and proximity to Wofford college. We were there to see our daughter. Had everything we needed. Fenced back yard was a plus for our dogs. Was clean and very cute inside! Wifi was great as we had to work while there. The host answered quickly when we had questions. Also close to downtown Spartanburg. Will be back!!!

5 Star Spartanburg Stay

We have stayed in this townhome 4 times. This place was a gem to find for us this year. Every time we came to visit our son in college we stayed here. Laurie is so easy to work with and the townhouse is so clean well stocked and quiet. I will recommend this place over and over again!

Spartanburg Home Away From Home

3rd times a charm! This was our 3rd time staying in this townhome. It has truly been our home away from home when we visit our son at college. It’s a perfect place to let him come and relax and be with family. I would never stay in a hotel when this townhouse has everything we need and the space to be together. We got take out from Capris and La Paz and watched March Madness on the nice size tv in the comfortable Living Room. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Spartanburg.

What a gem!

The listing exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a conference and didn't want to eat hotel food all week, we booked this VRBO so we could make our own meals. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, utencils, dishes and cookware. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, walk in closet and queen sized bed, with plenty of blankets and pillows. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Just as Described

We were in Spartanburg for a volleyball tournament and though we weren’t at the condo for long, it was just as described while we were there; Clean, cozy and comfortable. Laurie was very communicative even before we actually booked. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area! Thanks, Laurie for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Terrific Townhouse
