Fly into Bird's Nest, A Secluded Dog-Friendly 2 Bedroom Cabin w/ Game Room, Hot Tub, and Fire Pit!

Experience the beauty of the Smoky Mountains at the Bird's Nest cabin. Located in peaceful Wears Valley, just 8.5 miles from Pigeon Forge and 18 miles from Gatlinburg, this newly decorated vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The cabin features 2 king suites, each with plenty of space for adults to stretch out and relax, plus a full-size bunk bed and sleeper sofa for added sleeping. The king bed on the lower level is adjustable for added comfort.

The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV and gas seasonal (Oct 1 - April 1) fireplace, and a front deck. The back deck features extra seating and a hot tub, perfect for enjoying the sounds of nature after a long day of exploring the area's attractions.

The lower level of the cabin features an electric fireplace and an arcade game for late-night fun. This level also has its own oversized bathroom and private lower deck.
Upstairs in the loft, you'll find a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, multi-arcade, and a big-screen TV for all the fun and entertainment you could ask for in a vacation getaway.

Make the Bird's Nest your "home away from home" and enjoy all the comforts of home while you explore all that the Smoky Mountains have to offer. During the summer months, you will have free access to the nearby Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli. Guests will be able to enjoy the pool, picnic tables, full-service deli & grill along with a catch-and-release pond.

Important Note: Access to this property requires driving on some steep, curvy mountain roads, which is a common feature in the Smoky Mountains

Sleeping arrangements: 2 King Beds, 1 Bunk Bed (full), 1 Sleeper Sofa

*You must be 25 years of age*

**Dog Fee: $75 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs. All dogs must be crated when left unattended.**

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Very clean, spacious, plenty of towels, linens, cookware,good water pressure, the only problem i found was a loose bathroom door knob which was an easy fix the road up to the cabin was steep and narrow ( 1 lane ) but not bad, very quiet and peaceful I would recommend this cabin

This place is incredible! So clean and cute, very well maintained, and perfect for our family of four. It was close enough to the tourist stuff to be convenient, but far enough away to be able to escape it. Comfortable beds and couches, a very nice hot tub, the game room was SWEET, and a well-stocked kitchen with appliances that worked as expected. Would love to come back if our vacation plans allow it!

The cabin was really nice and just as described. The place was fun and everything was relatively clean. The toilets and showers not so much. The toilets smelled like old urine and there was some mold on the shower knobs and around the shower door. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and the fire pit was really enjoyable. Overall excellent stay!

We enjoyed our time. Pros: The house is comfortable and in a beautiful area. The rooms were comfortable The location was out of the mess but central The game room was great cons: The showers need updating and we had a slow drain in the primary There is nothing in the house beyond salt and pepper. We have never stayed anywhere with so little. The starter kits were maddening though seem to be industry standard for the area. Thankfully we were a small group ..otherwise two dishwasher tabs would not have been enough. I think there should be enough to get through the week. The kitchen drawers need some love I don't prefer a flood light outside of the main bedroom which can't be turned off The road up is in very bad shape

Cabin served us well during our stay. Layout is perfectly suited for multi-generational families. First floor bedroom is well appointed with en suite bathroom. Lower level is spacious for parents with a King bed and adjoining room bunks for the kids. Bath with shower and whirlpool tub is very convenient. Both levels have private balconies for seating. Although we did not use, hot tub was clean, hot and ready. Cabin location is well-placed for trips to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge or Townsend. Pawpaws Kitchen is very close for the best catfish meal around. Enjoyed our stay and think you will too.

Perfect Getaway! The cabin was clean, fully stocked, comfortable bed, easy assess to town, beautiful views & our favorite part was the hot tub and the game loft! The hot tub was perfect way to relax at night, temperature was perfect for the cold/snowy nights we had during our stay. The cabin is gorgeous, and the parking was great. The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The road to get to the cabin is a bit sketchy. It only has room for one car and is very steep. I would still recommend as a great place to stay.

Great cabin

The cabin layout was perfect for our family. The kids nook in the downstairs bedroom made nights so easy with two littles. The location was close enough to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making traveling to activities a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was so clean, and loved having the linen and towels provided. We liked having the starter welcome kit which included paper towels, dish, hand soap, and toilet paper. The downstairs suite was very nice and spacious. The upstairs bed has its issues as other reviews have previously stated. The bed frame is unstable and the legs appear bent. The unstableness of the bed makes it very loud when you sit or even roll over in bed. I didn't call maintenance because the only thing to fix this issue would be to replace the frame. We did not use the hot tub on this trip, but it appeared clean as well. Overall, this is a very nice cabin and I would recommend it as long as small kids were sleeping on the upstairs bed. It is close enough to pigeon forge, but gives a remote feel being tucked away in the in the beautiful wooded smokey mountains!

We had such a great time in this cabin! It was very clean and we had everything we needed to get started with our vacation. They even had little bottles of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for extra supplies, which I have never had happen at a cabin stay in Gatlinburg before. Nice and very kind touch! I would 100% stay here again and we were super bummed to have to leave at the end of our stay.
