Holiday Villa located in Forte dei Marmi at only 700 Meters from the Sea and the beaches of the Versilia area and offers to it's guests a private garden and free internet connection. It is built on 2 floors (160sqm) and has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and can host up to 8 People.

Villa Cremona is a semi-detached villa with 250sqm private garden, which offers shade during the summer and allows you to dine outdoors and cook on the barbecue.

There are also 2 parking spaces in the garden, a large veranda with dining table and sunbeds on the front, a breakfast table and a barbecue on the back near the kitchen entrance.

The position, in the green residential area of Forte dei Marmi and at only 1 Km from the center with it's shops and boutiques, makes this vacation villa perfect for a holiday.

But it is also perfect for reaching important tourist destinations as 5 Terre (1 Hour), Florence (1 Hour), Pisa and Lucca (30min).

Kitchen: dishwasher, exit to the garden/terrace with breakfast table and barbecue, freezer, fridge, italian coffee machine, stove top (4 cooking fires).

Bathroom (a few steps lower): basin, bidet, shower, toilet.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: double bed and access to the terrace.
Bedroom 2: double bed, access to the terrace.
Bedroom 3: bunk bed.
Bedroom 4: bunk bed and access to the terrace.
Bathroom: basin, shower, bidet, toilet.

TV only with Italian channels.
Pets not allowed.

Very nice house/ villa, good location (about 10 min walk from center of Forte dei Marmi, and the same distance to the beach). Garden is large enough for playing badminton etc, and breakfast on the veranda is marvellous.

The house is nice for a family, as it has several sleeping rooms and a closed garden. It has a spacious patio and living room. The sleeping rooms are a little bit small, but for sleeping really comfortable. It is a ten minute walk to the center and beach. We appreciated our stay there. Maybe the garden could be a little bit more Gras, so it looks nicer.

Tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno c'era, le foto sono molto attendibili, la casa è un po' vecchietta ma bella e di carattere, mi sono trovato presto a mio agio. La pulizia si vede che viene fatta e c'è tutto il necessario. Non so cosa pretendano gli altri ma per me e i miei 4 compagni di vacanza è stata perfetta. Unico consiglio c'è un ampio parcheggio nella casa possono starci 3 macchine ma sono sotto agli alberi e si sporcano, portatevi dei teli per coprirle.
