Erin, the owner is attentive and very easy to contact and communicate with. The condo was exactly as the pictures looked but I wish the neighborhood pool was bigger. There’s so many beach/pool accessories in the garage, even had an electric and hand held air pumps for the floats and balls. WiFi access was simple and signal was strong throughout home. Plenty of throw blankets, pillows and beds were all comfortable. Family has a great time and felt like home, even enjoyed playing some of the games provided by the owner.

Perdido trip

The condo had a very warm and cozy beach atmosphere. The condo had a lot of amenities and was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent and she responded very quickly. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful vacation home!

This property was very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful extras included to enhance our stay. The host had excellent communication and was very responsive to any questions. There is a great pool fairly close that we walked to. The beach is a bit further so we opted to make the short drive to various public beach access lots. There is also a shuttle available and the host has provided a wagon you can use to carry any beach gear, which is also provided for use! We have stayed at other beach properties with minimal or poor quality stuff but this place had a wonderful selection for all ages to choose from! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Spring Break

Our experience was a 10 out of 10. The house was beautiful, the location was great, and the accommodations were excellent. The communication was very accessible, from the owners. The quality was felt throughout the home, especially in the bedding and pillows. We made wonderful family memories and can’t wait to come back to this home!

Perfect birthday getaway for my daughter

This condo is beautifully decorated with lots of upgrades to make your stay comfy. Very clean- which is super important to us. We especially love the pool at the condo and the ease of taking the shuttle to the beach. Erin was wonderful and accommodating.

Best place to stay in perdido!

This is our second year to stay in this townhouse. We were brought in by the comfort of the home and the community as a whole! Great for families! But what brought us back was the owner! Erin is the absolute best. We cant wait to go back next year!

Girls trip

This condo is so nice!! We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan on the main level. The screened in balcony is so comfortable and decorated very well. The bedrooms are quite comfortable as well. There are lots of beach accessories available in the garage that we found quite useful! We did not want to leave this homey get away!! The location worked great for us, just a short walk on the sidewalk and across the street to the beach or take the shuttle. Dining and shopping very close by, we couldn't have been happier with our choice!!

Loved this house!

The house was wonderful - the beds were comfortable and the living area was beautiful! We did not use the shuttle - it was extremely crowded and hard to get. So, we drove down the beach and went to the public beach which was great. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities!

We had the most relaxing stay. The screened in porch was fantastic to just sit outside and relax! The large pool is just a short walk away from the house. The house had bikes and we got the most use out of those! Our kids had to go for morning and evening bike rides! We would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time -- location was great; right between the pool and the ocean. The food at the beach bar was amazing! The weather was perfect.

Piece of Heaven On Earth!

This place is absolutely awesome! It has enough space and functionality for the whole family, from children to teens to adults, wrapped up in 1 townhome experience! It is also super convenient to the beach, pool, and tennis. Lastly, Beach Club & Restaurant Access is included and very helpful for your overall Beach trip. We will be back!

A Perfect Beach Getaway

The host is indeed super and so is the property. I randomly chose this listing in hopes I could have a relaxing Florida getaway with my husband. Yes! The townhome is new, clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly located. Bed was comfy! A free shuttle takes you to a private beach club on the Gulf. It's like having your own private bar. Area seafood restaurants, neighborhood pool, and hot tub are perks to this already beautiful scene. Note that there are two full flights of stairs to use the townhome. Highly recommend!

Great location

If you like to avoid a high rise at the beach, this is a great place. We chose to walk to beach but a shuttle was available and ran often. The condo was well stocked with beach gear. Our only suggestion is to add a wine opener and wine glasses.

Perfect Family Getaway

Absolutely loved this charming townhome. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. My family LOVED riding the bikes each morning around the property, and the shuttle to the beach was very helpful. We will definitely book with Erin again!

Beautiful, Quiet weekend getaway

I booked this property for a long weekend in Oct. in order to take our family on a short beach trip since we missed out on the beach during the summer. This property and the resort area were perfect for most of our needs and designs. The proximity to the beach is the only drawback since it's about 1/2 mile to the sand from the doorway. There's a shuttle you can ride that starts late morning, but with small kids getting to the beach each morning was the only pain we felt throughout the trip. The large pool is close, street was incredibly quiet and welcoming, and the property was immaculate and homey. With 2 stories of living space, it was easy to get some work done or play board games with our oldest while the youngest took naps. The kitchen was spacious and made preparing food and enjoying meals incredibly easy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were large and very comfortable and clean. Check-in/check-out has never been easier, and the owner was quickly responsive to any questions I had about access or locations. We will stay here again, if possible, especially if we are looking for an adults-only or couples' weekend.

Perfect Place for Perdido Key Getaway

Erin was so great to deal with from booking to the checkout! We were visiting my nephew stationed at NAS and it was a super close trip for him. Upon arrival the place was VERY clean and comfortable! The internet wasn't working when we first arrived and Erin was so quick to have it fixed before we even unpacked!!! The location is close to the resort style pool and only a short walk to the beach-the shuttle is super easy too if you don't want to walk. We will definitely be staying there again when visiting my nephew or just wanting to get away for a peaceful beach vacation.

Amazing Vacation

From pre check in to check out the owner made the process very easy! She was easy to get in touch with. The property was AMAZING! they had a selection of all kinds of beach goodies for my kids to play with. This was hands down one of the best locations I have stayed. We will definitely repeat!
