A lovely holiday home surrounded by a vast 1,200 m² garden, located just 1 km from the fine sandy beaches of Port Blanc. This peaceful setting offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, and from the top floor, you can even enjoy a glimpse of the sea.

From the northern tip of the Côtes d'Armor, many tourist attractions are easily accessible: the famous Pink Granite Coast, the popular seaside resort of Perros-Guirec, the historic Beauport Abbey, and the spectacular Cap Fréhel. Port-Blanc, a charming seaside resort in the commune of Penvenan, charms visitors with its beaches, nautical center, shops, and restaurants. The 11 km-long Penvenan coastline offers hikers and cyclists magnificent panoramas between cliffs, secret coves, and white sand beaches. At low tide, the beach becomes a paradise for shellfish gathering.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. 1 bedroom with sitting area. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Wir waren hier zu dritt und haben die Ruhe und die Abgelegenheit des Hauses genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, wenngleich auch etwas hellhörig. Mit Ausnahme eines Fön war alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben überwiegend selbst gekocht und haben alles notwendige vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich. Kleinere Probleme oder Anfragen wurden ganz schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hätte das Haus noch WLAN wäre es perfekt 🤩

Schönes Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Sanitäranlagen und Küche sind veraltet, die Ausstattung der Küche ist jedoch recht neu. Die Duschen sind sehr klein, aber heiß. Der Garten lädt zum Sitzen ein, allerdings haben wir ein paar schöne Gartenstühle vermisst.

Im Haus war alles da, allerdings waren wir von beiden Bädern enttäuscht... in beiden Bädern konnte der Duschkopf nicht hängen, man musste ihn also festhalten. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte nur eine Badewanne mit separatem Duschkopf. Es gab keinen Vorhang, sodass alles nass wurde.

Schönes Haus in einem sehr schönen ruhigen Ort. Das Haus ist mit (fast) allem Komfort ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett durch unser Haus geführt. Hier kann man wirklich entspannen. Geschäfte und einige Restaurants sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für Familien

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz, war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ideal gerade für Familien. Die Übergabe war etwas holprig, was an unseren mangelnden Französisch-Kenntnissen lag, es ging aber. Als katastrophal müssen wir den Service von Belvilla/Vrbo bezeichnen; die Telefonhotline war weder bereit noch in der Lage etwas so einfaches wie Nachbuchung von Bettwäsche zu bewerkstelligen.
