-Entrance hall: Offers a lot of space for your bags or other things.

-Bedroom 1: There is kings beds for two persons near window and wardrobe.

-Bedroom 2: There are two separate beds

Living room with kitchen: Equipped with a comfy couch, which can be pulled out longer into additional bed . Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are available. (Bed linens and towels are provided), kitchen is completely equipped (electric stove, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.).

-Bathroom: bath, sink, wc. (Hair dryer, soap are provided) and has access from living room.

You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.

Location is amazing, very close to all the attractions in the old town. Archil was very helpful and accommodating. Perfect place for a family with kids to stay.

Great location/Poor location

4th floor walk-up in very old Communist building. Photos not accurate. Quite large, beds acceptable. Treated poorly at inception - made to feel as if we were trying to commit a "fraud". SHOULD have a warning NOT amenable to over 45 yo. Right in center of things, 15 min walk max to about everything. Sketchy if returning after dark. Pretty quiet for "Downtown".
