Come relax with the great outdoors at your fingertips. Short walk to the boat launch of Hancock Pond. Take a short drive on the camp road to the public beach (please note this cabin does not offer private Hancock Pond access). Fish off the private dock at Mud Pond or even take a row boat out. ATV trails lead right to the property. Or just relax on the front deck and enjoy s’mores at your evening fire. Looking to venture around the area? Less than 30 mins is hiking near by at Pleasant Mtn and Douglas Mtn (perfect for kids!), town of Bridgton with restaurants, grocery store and movie theater. Within an hour is Portland and North Conway. **Please bring your own bath towels**

Really enjoyed my stay. Cabin was very clean and well kept. Kinda remote so keep this in mind. But if your looki g to get away from it all and enjoy nature this is a terrfic option!

Beautiful home! Extremely clean. Comfy and cozy! Host is very responsive. Close to so many old NH towns for exploring shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Fire pit and trails right out the back door were awesome!!!! We’ll be back ❤️

Cozy Cabin

I really enjoyed the cabin. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and well equipped. I especially liked the robust TV offerings and enjoyed watching the Summer Olympics at the end of the day. I would definitely rent here again.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed the peacefulness of this property. Unfortunately due to a storm there was no internet service, no tv or phone access. We had a fire, read a book and enjoyed a bottle of wine.

Remote, Peaceful, Quiet, but close enough to town

We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit.

Cozy Family Cabin

For a 2nd year in a row we had the honor of staying at Heather’s family cabin. Just enough off the “beaten path” for some peace and quite yet close enough to some shopping. The neighbors are always friendly and welcoming. The water is clean and the property is very well maintained. The cabin is extremely loved and provides all the necessities for a nice “home away from home” feeling. Thank you again for being an excellent host.

Delightful Thanksgiving stay in the woods

We had a lovely time at this little gem of a cabin. Everything was there to enjoy a getaway weekend (or longer) immersed in nature and peaceful silence. The cabin itself has everything you need and it’s very well-equipped. Overall, we quite enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying again comes Spring.

Wonderful cabin, beautiful location on the pond. Very clean and cozy with everything you need.

Very pleasant and quiet getaway

We went here for our 5th wedding anniversary and it was awesome. Very quiet. Friendly neighbors and very close to the water for boating. They even left some champagne for us! It was very pleasant and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for 6! Overall a great time and we would go back again
