Comfortable holiday homes with air conditioning

The small resort offers 2 comfortable two-story houses in an excellent location (quiet neighborhood, nearby bar where you can order a tasty dinner or drink coffee).
Each house has a covered terrace and a balcony on the first floor. Between the houses there is a solid brick grill fireplace with a smokehouse (available to guests from both summer houses). The houses have air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. Each house consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms (on the first floor) and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture, a screen and deckchairs. Wireless internet is available. Towels on request (extra charge).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, water consumption, final cleaning, internet, baby cot (reservation required).
The excellent location allows quick access to the beach. The longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10) runs nearby. The neighboring city of Kołobrzeg is also a great place to take advantage of many attractions and can be reached by bicycle path, public transport or car.
Grzybowo is a seaside town eagerly chosen by tourists due to its intimate character and location between Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno. Both towns offer many attractions. In Kołobrzeg you can visit the port, pier, seaside promenade, all enriched with many different events and year-round attractions. Dźwirzyno is a typical tourist town. The location is worth visiting because of Lake Resko, where you can spend your time actively by renting various types of water equipment. The main attraction on the lake is windsurfing due to the shallow state of the lake and the favorable wind.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
