Urlaub mir Seeblick

Das Haus Antlantik bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum, Wohnungsbezogenen Parkplatz und abgeschlossenen Stellplatz für mitgebrachtete Fahrräder. Leider konnten wir nicht alles nutzen. Wegen Corona waren die Sauna und der Fitnessraum geschlossen, das Schwimmbad nur an 3 Tagen Vormittags geöffnet. Eine Information dazu gab es vom Vermittler nicht nur allgemeine Verhaltenshinweise auf entsprechende Seiten im Netz. Die Wohnung selbst bedarf dringend einer Sanierung bzw. Modernisierung der Einrichtung.

Nordseeurlaub in Cuxhaven

Wir waren zu viert für 10 Tage in der Wohnung und haben die Zeit genossen. Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios und die beiden Balkone auch, nach Westen, also Richtung Sonnenuntergang - war super! Auch sonst hat uns die Wohnung gefallen, uns hat nichts gefehlt, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren einwandfrei im Einsatz. Dass die Wohnung schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, sieht man auf den Bildern, das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Was allerdings eine Erwähnung im Inserat wert gewesen wäre, ist, dass die beiden einzelnen Betten nur 1,80m lang sind. Außerdem finden wir, dass WLAN inzwischen Standard ist. Wir wussten, dass es keins gibt, aber zeitgemäß ist es nicht.

Falsche Angaben!

Das angebotene Schwimmbad konnte aufgrund der Pandemie nicht genutzt werden, wir aber auf der Homepage beworben! Andere Schwimmbäder in anderen Häusern sind offen! Aber auch die Hausverwaltung ist weit entfernt in einem anderen Bundesland. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr HOHEN Reparationsstau! Nicht einmal die dringendsten Reparaturen, wie Wasserhahn (völlig lose), lecke Geschirrspüler, Kaputte Lampen (Balkon), kaputte Waschmaschine (schleudert nicht), locker Handtuchhaken in Badtür (ETC!) konnten während unseres Aufenthalts repariert werden (trotz 3xliger Anwesenheit von 2 Handwerkern!). Der Eigentümer reagiert laut Vermietungsbüro mit Ignoranz, mal sehen was der Anwalt dazu sagt... Sehr schade, weil ein super Ausblick auf das Wattenmeer. Hochachtungsvoll Lindeiner
