Fully appointed kitchen, 2 adult bikes, beach chairs, HD TV with complementary Netflix, DVR, DVD, iPod Dock, Tempurpedic mattress in master. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 4 ADULTS STAYING, we like to describe how the bedrooms are arranged. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. One of those share a door with the children's bedroom ( with 2 single trundle beds), so coming from that queen bedroom, you have to pass through the children's room to get to the hall bath and the rest of the house. This works fine for families with children, but might not work for some adults. Please contact us with questions, or let us know if this works for you and we will approve the reservation!
