CASA CANTO Sayulita Our house is recently renovated and is located in the downtown neighborhood, which is a very lively neighborhood full of hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, crafts, and just one block from the most popular beach.
We have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms distributed as follows: 2 king size bedrooms, 1 queen size bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds, each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. And also, the most beautiful roof terrace in all of Sayulita

Beautiful sunsets!

Beautiful place. Can be loud late at night. It was across the street from 2 bars. Felt like the nicest place in Sayulita!

Birthday Trip

8 of us stayed at this property and had the best time! The pictures are true to what the house actually looks like. The rooftop kitchen/dining/pool area is amazing. There is a great ocean view from which we did some whale watching! Bring your binoculars! The 4 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, each with their own full bathroom and balcony. The living space is on the roof (4th floor). The set up made it really easy to hang out and also easy to get away and rest.This place is in the best location. Right in the middle of everything and a block from the beach. Because of that, as other reviews said, it is loud, so bring ear plugs.The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic

This place was perfect for our trip. Stayed with friends for a bday celebration and could not have been more pleased the rental. The house is 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from the downtown square on revolucion. There are tons of great places to eat or get a margarita that are steps away. The roof terrace has a fantastic, recently renovated kitchen with modern appliances, nice countertops and a beautiful bar... not to mention a private pool and a view of the ocean with lounge chairs, etc. We caught some Mahi Mahi during our trip and cooked it up in the kitchen while watching the waves crash on the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious and each one has its own bathroom. Plenty of towels were provided. The owner and manager were very responsive both prior to and during the trip. One review mentioned a lack of hot water but we found that as long as we spaced out our showers, then there was plenty. Noise was not a problem for us, but I could understand if you are looking for quiet nights or if you have young kids in your party it may be a little too close to the bar/music scene. If you are not concerned about that then don't hesitate to book it. Muchisimas gracias a Marco y Alberto.

Great Topside Terrace! Music for everyone, every night.

This place was centrally located downtown a block from the beach and within 2 blocks of just about all the great places downtown in Sayulita. The top side terrace, kitchen, lounge chairs and pool were great for mornings, happy hour and dinner for our 4 couple holiday. This location is located right next to two clubs that have live music just about every night. If you enjoy being close to the music scene, it doesn't get better than this. In fact, you will know when the band starts as you can easily hear them, every note and every word.....until closing time. If you don't plan on sleeping until after closing, you will absolutely love this place! Be sure to bring ear plugs though as it seems that at times the band is also playing for you....at your place. A/C works great! Each room has their individual AC units/thermostats to personalize the temp to your particular wants and needs and a fan as well. The hot water is short lived, and tough to find a temperature that is in the middle/comfortable at times. Marco, Alida and Hugo are great to deal with they always had a warm smile and were accommodating and assisting with any questions or needs. We did enjoy staying here besides the loud music and water. If you and your party are young at heart that want to get your party on and be right next to the music scene and easily hear it from this place, then this play is for you! We would have provided 5 stars on the accuracy of the listing if the listing had noted the loud music.

I own 3 large vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta and always dreamed of hosting something in the town of Sayulita because of it´s charm. So this way I can be also my own guest and enjoy the property

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are located in Barrio Centro just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and all the atmosphere and energy for which Sayulita is so popular. And our house is designed and decorated so that from the moment you enter you feel and breathe the beach atmosphere.

Although at night it can be noisy on weekends. Recently, in March 2023, we installed additional double-glazed windows on the balconies facing the street, which considerably reduced noise. However, if you are sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended.
We do not have noise cancellation
