Private residential Complex building with only 6 studio condomminiums really a little gem well-kept property very private and safe property with a pharmacy onsite where you can buy medicines, sunscreens, toothbrush, sodas, as well as beers & chip's or chocolates, in addition to that a cash machine facility inside an (ATM), where you may select withrow cash in US dollars or Pesos, on the other ahand there's ancoffeshop & waffles with vanilla icecream on top & milk shakes, frozen yoghurts and Purified dinking-water bottles are sold here Chips & salsa café & tea and more delicious snacks sold here.

This property is perfect for couples, or solo adventures 'cause of the location is just great within 2-blocks to the beach, also the premises of this complex are fantastic because it's PET Friendly policy! free of charges, due to almost other places don't take dogs nor cats and here they do, there's a delicious cooffe shop with seats and tables outside so you can light up a cigarret while enjoying a cup of coffee, frozen delicious icecreams & milk shakes are sold within next door, a secure cash machine inside the building, a laundry room in the building, a fine bakery is comming soon, restaurants & liquor stores are just half block away, small groceries with fruit & vegetables and a great taco-standing is just steps away, a Sushi place within a block from here, and the Mall and The Walmart Super Grocery Store for supplies is within 3 blocks only from this condo, You can take transportation from here to the Mall & Walmart back-and-forth or UBER to anywhere in just 5 minutes by far. All in all this is a fantastic perfect spot place for me,
