Gorgeous third-floor, beach-front (as in 'nothing between your balcony and the sea except sand and a couple of palm trees!') newer condo...immaculately furnished and ready for you to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime!
Located just north of 'downtown' San Pedro (10 minute walk down the beach) close to Boca del Rio Park and just south of The Cut. No bridge tolls or water taxi fares to get into town!
~1000 sq. ft. unit has two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, beautiful L-shaped deck overlooking the beach and the on-site pool, and a spectacular kitchen with modern appliances.
The building features a roof-top deck which is readily accessible from our unit on which you can sunbathe, or take in views of the town.

We originally hail from the Great White North (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) but now reside in the northern USA in Vermont. Like so many other Canadians and Americans, we love Belize for its bountiful nature and also the familiarity that comes with a British Commonwealth country... English as an official language, British Common Law, and a stable currency tied to the U.S. dollar. We love San Pedro and are excited to be able to share our wonderful condo home with like-minded travelers.
Carolyn Cross purchased this condo in 2010
Our unit is on the third (top) floor directly on the beach/sea side of the complex so we have the very best view in the entire ODC complex!!! Our balcony offers wonderful sea breezes, and outstanding views of the Barrier Reef, the beach, and the turquoise water of the Caribbean. We looked at several properties before buying our condo at Oasis del Caribe...we felt that ODC offers a "being-at-home" feeling compared to other resorts which are more like staying at a hotel and had a "transient" feeling about them. The complex is intimate but not lacking in amenities. You may well get to know other friendly travelers or home-owners around the pool! The construction quality of the complex is top-notch (concrete) and it shows in the appearance of the buildings and common grounds. ODC is close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. It is also south of the river 'Cut' meaning no bridge tolls, water taxis fares, or long golf cart rides to get to the shopping and restaurants in "down-town" San Pedro. There are many amenities and conveniences within a short walk of the condo.
The ODC pool is a wonderful way to relax and cool off from the heat of the tropical sun. The building's rooftop is accessible for private sunbathing or taking in long-distance panoramic views of Ambergris Caye. We have sundown to sunrise on-site security for your peace of mind. The condo is cooled by a central split air conditioning system so that you can retreat from the heat and humidity as you desire and sleeping is comfortable at night.
Far enough away from the hub, but close enough to be there when desired. Condo was perfect for my adult son and I. Gave us privacy when desired. Great top floor ocean front unit. Would stay again :-)
Great place in Ambergris Caye on the beach. Terrific views. Manager, Christine is very helpful. Close to dive boats, restaurants. 10 minute walk to downtown on the beach. Full kitchen, we cooked fresh fish we bought outside from a vendor. Couldn't ask for anything more--other than a grill outside. Very quiet, but a short walk to action. Perfect for a family. Cute pool which we did not use.
Friend and I came for some diving. The condo was perfect for our needs. Close enough to town so we could walk, rooms were clean and well kept. The info sheet provided when we booked was a great help. The complex was quiet at night and a good nights sleep was not an issue. This is not a luxurious resort with all the amenities. If you are looking for a home place to chill out and crash, this is the place for you. I would not hesitate to book the unit on our next trip.
If your going diving, Chuck and Robbie's dive shop just down the beach was just awesome. They set us up for 3 days and had great dive masters. A job well done.
Wayo's Beachside Bar just a few feet towered town on the beach is a great place to chill and hang out. Make sure you bring a few Belize dollars to play the dice game with the other patrons. A grand time had by all!
We stayed here for a week. Perfect location easy to walk into town, water rentals(like paddle boards) the restaurants. We took the Belize water taxi over and it was only around a 10 minute walk from the docks. The condo has everything you need. It is clean, well furnished, and the beds very comfortable. The view is also amazing! We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We used the pool everyday and it was very clean and peaceful. The complex is small so it never felt crowded. We rented golf carts from the grocery story behind the complex and explored the north side of the island. However, you do not need to rent cart all week just a day or two you want to go north or further south. We snorkeled every day and saw stingray, fish, and crabs! We also so a crocodile in the lagoon right over the bridge. It was the perfect way to feel on vacation but also enjoy some of the local culture. We would stay here every time!
The accommodations were bright, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, air-conditioning appreciated, and an amazingly well stocked kitchen. Local artwork on display highlighted the tasteful decor. Breakfast on the balcony looking over the Caribbean Sea was a wonderful way to start the day. Jamie and Carolyn were incredibly gracious hosts from the moment we booked our reservations - providing with us with detailed information from how to get there to what to expect upon arrival. They were spot on and genuine in their desire that we enjoy their shared home. The rooftop sunset was one of our favorite moments. This is not the cabana experience, but within this developing country we are privy to sharing the incredible views. I would certainly recommend this property as a gem on Abergris Caye. Check-out the Wild Mango restaurant - one of our favorites.
Near town but far enough away from the noise of downtown bars. Christina, the local person, arranged taxi service from (and back to) the airport in addition to meeting us in the condo. View from the condo was fabulous. It was well furnished and very comfortable for 2 couples. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Carolyn. We had a great time and our son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the diving. We will rent here again when we return to Belize.
Our condo is located just south of the river "Cut" within easy walking distance to town yet far enough away that you have peace and tranquility. Being south of the Cut means no bridge tolls ($5 BZE each way), no water taxis, no need for a golf cart ($50+/day), no long "commutes" to get to the fun shops and restaurants in San Pedro.
We recommend Rosey's Deli 1/2 block away for delicious tacos and local food, and the Casa del Dulce bakery one block to the north for breads, buns, cakes and other fattening (but fun!) foods. There is a pier on the beach in front of the complex that has a dive shop and various charter tours and activities. There is a small grocery store (with bottle shop) immediately behind the Oasis del Caribe condo complex so provisioning can't be more convenient than that!
