Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private four bedroom home features a traditional floor plan with modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, designated workspace, and living room with 55" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 55" Roku TV, laundry room, private fenced-in backyard, deck area with dining furniture, front porch, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Family weekend getaway

The property was very clean had everything that you needed. The area was quiet also the neighbors on each side were very friendly overall it was a good vacation. I would stay here again

Nice home! Extremely clean and well maintained. Host is very responsive. It was a little longer drive to the Paycor and downtown than listed and at first glance the neighbood wasn’t what I imagined, but I felt completely safe and the location was peaceful.

Great Place for Weekend Trip

I spent the weekend here with a group of friends from college for the Bengals game, and it was great. Close enough for everywhere we wanted to go, and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Cincy.

Great stay

We had a great time and the home was really amazing, perfect for all 10 of us! The updates to the home were amazing, and even though its still got a few things to be done, everything was great. The bedrooms could have used a night stand/chair or two, but I'm sure thats all part of the long term plan, and with.how well decorated everything was, it definitely needs the "right piece" and not just place holders.

Gave us all the holiday cheer

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated and remodeled without taking away the unique features of it being an older home. We were able to enjoy our holiday and be comfortable. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a large group, especially one with children like ours. Lastly the price was affordable. We would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Comfortable House

The property is very nice. I was disappointed with the outside area the furniture was dirty like untouched this year and the landscaping around the back deck is terrible the grass is so overgrown that it has turned into weeds. That’s just the outside area the house it self is very nice and clean.

Could be better

Property was dirty. They did not vacuum any of the carpets. The cleaning lady used a very smelly cleaning product, which made all our food and the ice in the refrigerator and freezer taste like it. There were only four coffee cups and one small glass for drinkware. And we had 10 people there. There’s no garbage cans in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Garbage can was extremely small. The ceiling fan had enough dust on it I could knit a sweater. It said we were allowed to check in at 4 o’clock and we got there at 4:30. Just for the cleaning lady to tell us that it was going to be another three hours. So we could not check in until 830 after we were already exhausted as we had just drove in.

Beware!

While the inside of the property is updated and nice, the location, safety, and description left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we realized it was street parking (not on-site per description) and the drive is 4-5 feet long and does not fit a car. When we arrived, the porch light was not working and missing one bulb. While we were out during the day one of our vehicles was vandalized: back window was broken and front window scratched. We attempted to resolve issues with the property company and ended up vacating the property. The managing company has an established relationship with police liaisons indicating they have had other safety issues previously. Additionally, while the property is near some key locations, it is not walkable. I highly recommend considering other properties managed by another company.

Clean and spacious, but kitchenware lacking

The property was very clean and spacious, but we did encounter some disappointing issues. Although the place sleeps 12, and we had to pay an extra fee for "additional guests" just to have our family of 10 staying, there was insufficient cookware and dishes for this size group. Thankfully, the convention we were attending had most meals provided so we didn't need to do as much cooking as we usually do on a trip; however, we had to combine the dinner plates and salad plates just to have a plate for everyone to eat off of at breakfast. There were only about 6 bowls as well. I also couldn't find a single knife for cooking--not even a paring knife to cut fruit. The other issue was that we didn't find a pack-n-play on the property, even though I had checked ahead of our trip that there was one. Apparently it had broken, and the cleaner didn't inform the host. The host did have one delivered the next day, but we had to do without it on our first night. The bathroom door upstairs needs some WD-40, as it creaks very loudly, which is annoying in the middle of the night.
