Welcome to Riverrun! Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this spacious home. Gorgeous water views from the deck with multiple amenities for every guest! Relax by the fire pit, play cornhole, swim, fish, boat, jet ski, walk in nature, dine outside, watch the sunset, explore historic Bath and Belhaven, take one of three local ferries, drive over to the outer banks. The possibilities are ENDESS! While you are here, at our retreat, you will feel pampered and relaxed in this private getaway!

We are on a septic system being a rural property please nothing other than human waste and toilet paper in the toilet!
boat launch only for smalls boats and skiffs, larger boats use Potters Marina. Access by only using the left side driveway. Do not drive under house!

The property exceeded our expectations. The owner was easy to communicate with. Location was great and we had plenty of house space for 10 adults as well as plenty of boat parking. Will definitely book this place again.

Amazing Property

Michelle’s property was well appointed, our family needed nothing!The location and scenery were breathtaking with natural beauty.If watching dolphins, eagles, woodpeckers, bluebirds and jumping fishes are your idea of a serene vacation,River Run is place for you!!5 stars!!!

Wonderful place for a family get together!

For once a brochure did not do a property justice. Had six adults and three small children stay with plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful, the dock very nice (about 4 feet of water toward the end), and the house itself just perfect. We will definitely return since the area was peaceful and just what we were looking for. We are going to miss our morning coffee on the back porch!

Weekend Escape

The property was in fantastic condition and exactly as described in the listing. There were so many little thoughtful touches that set it apart from typical rental properties. We had a wonderful time and the views were just what we needed.

Perfect Spring Spot

This was our second, but definitely not the last, time we stayed here for Easter. The house is well appointed and beautiful. The outdoor space was great for our group to spread out and have a grown up Easter egg hunt. We really love everything about this spot!

Long Weekend

The house was as advertised, it was clean and well taken care of, there where no surprises. If I was in that area I would definitely rent there again The property manager was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating We had a great stay

Fishing on the Pamlico

We love to come and go fishing out here. This dock is perfect for that! Crabs are abundant too! We loved the swings and the wonderful star filled sky. Wow! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy nature as well as shooting the breeze with the family. We would love to come here again sometime.

Fun for all at the River

This property is just as beautiful as the pictures imply. You couldn't ask for a better view to wake up to in the mornings. Something for everyone - we swam, kayaked, paddled, fished, crabbed, and boated. The grandparents read books on the porch enjoying the view. Fourth of July in downtown Belhaven was a scene from a Hallmark movie. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Peaceful, Remote and Beautiful

The property is even nicer and more beautiful than the pictures show! We arrived to an immaculately pristine home, complete with fresh flowers! We knew the property was somewhat remote, so we brought along 2 coolers full of food and that worked perfectly! Our 12 and 13 year olds loved the upstairs/bunk room and we all enjoyed the many games and puzzles supplied for entertainment. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. The master suite was lovely with views of the water, a fabulous shower and tub. But...it was the gorgeous sunsets and endless water views that we enjoyed so much! The dock is fantastic and we really appreciate the use of the boat lift! If you like remote properties with breathtaking views and the luxuries of home, we would highly recommend!

Exceeded every expectation!

I couldn't believe how perfect the listing looked when I found it and then I was even more thrilled upon arrival. We had a blast with kids fishing on the dock and kayaking the creeks. The kitchen was top notch as we hosted every family meal around the island. My wife barely left the couch relaxing while looking the water. The master bathroom is what you dream of. I'm trying to figure a way we can get back to RiverRun asap.

We started our short term rental property journey with a Villa in Costa Rica (Tamarindo) which was quickly followed by a second property there. My family is from North Carolina and we love being anywhere near or on the water (ocean, lake, river - we love it all). When traveling we love to relax, sample local cuisine, explore nature and immerse in the culture around us so we have tried to create these same experiences in our rentals.

Riverrun we fell in love with at first site. This property has so many incredible views all from the back porch. While staying here we see dolphins almost every days, we had a visit from a sea turtle recently, we love our crabby crab friends that hang out by our boat ramp too! If you are quiet in the morning the hummingbirds will come visit as well.

My husband and sons built the firepit, benches and swings by hand in August of 2022 right after we bought the property and it makes the most amazing sunset relaxation spot!

We tried to make sure since this property is rural and there is not an excess of activities and nightlife around us that we thought of many things to do so no one gets bored!!
