Vies and cool summer breeze over the plot and pool.

The house is situated on a small hill that gives a cool summer breeze over the plot and pool. You get to the house by cozy and picturesque roads leading trough orange groves. It is located just outside the peaceful village of Barxeta , with some shops, restaurants and nice people. In Xativa, the former capital of the province of Valencia and only 9 kilometers away you can find all a city can offer. From the house you can see the castle flooded with light in the night.

The area has no polluting or noisy factories etc. nearby, and almost no traffic. It has a fantastic walking area in the immediate vicinity.

Originally this was a charming Spanish orange and vine farm, today it turned into a resort. Here is outdoor area for football, badminton, Boccia and large areas where one can relax in the sun. Here is almost 320 sunny days a year!

It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Valencia with all the opportunities that are there. Facilities in the area for golf, mountain and road cycling, beaches, hike in orange grove. Walking in green beautiful areas all year round, safe and sound. This is a resort where you can bring the whole family, all friends, celebrate birthdays, marriage or come alone and enjoy a wonderful place.

The house is renovated in a nice Spanish style, the sound of nature and the stillness is what will totally catch you while being here. You can look forward to beautiful sunsets, relaxing conversations with good wine and food in the evenings.

The minimum rent in high Season is 3900 Euro.

For control with sound level you can only use our sound system with LIMITER for controlling the Db. No music / sound over 95 Db at any time. Not over 65 Db between 24.00 and 12.00.

Great Workation Location

We had a great time in the Villa Abogat with 21 People on a one week workation 👍 Beautiful setting with two pools and lots of space. Its not easy to find a location with so many rooms, here everyone had a separate bedroom available.

4 families reunion

We were a group of 6 x 55+ adults, 12 young adults and 2 children under 5. We used to do villa holidays when the young adults were children so this was a nostalga trip. Finca Abogat is hidden in the hills of Barxeta with the most wonderful views. Everyone fell in love with place from the minute we arrived. We spent hours in the infinity pool, or eating, drinking, laughing, playing, singing, dancing in the fabulous outside space. Our host Che was available when we needed him, but for the most part left us to our own devices. The local town didnt was a little disappointing, but it was inly 15 minute drive to Xativa. Only negatives is that the air con didnt work in every room. Also, would have been nice to have some direction from Che regarding good restaurants or places to visit Overall, we had a fantastic week in the sun and would go back in a heart beat ♥

A Unique Getaway Ideal for Large Groups with Room for Improvement

We recently had the pleasure of spending a week at finca abogat with a group of 17 people for a work retreat. The experience had both its highs and lows, but overall, we found it to be a good fit for our large group. Host & Communication: The host was friendly and accommodating. Communication was smooth, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. Location: Be advised that the property is a bit remote. While we were aware of its location when booking, the reality is that you're about an hour's drive from Valencia and 45 minutes from the nearest beach. A car is definitely a necessity for this stay. Accommodation: The property offers plenty of rooms. We had 17 individual rooms, most of which come equipped with their own bathroom and shower. The quality of the rooms varied, with some being more comfortable and better equipped than others, but all were clean upon our arrival. Ongoing construction indicates that the host is committed to improving the property, although some areas, e.g. the outdoor furniture, could benefit from an update. Amenities: The kitchen is well-equipped, offering ample dishes and utensils to accommodate a large group. The pool was a highlight, and the scenic views provided a beautiful backdrop for sunsets. Additionally, there was ample freezer space for keeping drinks cold—a small but appreciated detail. However, if you're planning on needing robust internet, be warned: while the Wi-Fi is sufficient for casual use, it struggled with heavy lifting like

No está preparada para alquilar, menos aún en invierno

La casa no está preparada para invierno, ni en general para recibir invitados que pagan por ella.Hace frío, no hay suficientes radiadores y salta la luz cada dos por tres. En los baños hacía la misma temperatura que en la calle (13º, compramos un termómetro), las duchas no tenían agua caliente cuando llegamos y el resto de días, había agua para un par de duchas (para 14pax) y volvía a salir fría. En los lavabos directamente no hay agua caliente. El propietario dice que es la casa mejor aislada de España, él es noruego y le parece que estar a 17º dentro de casa y ducharse con agua fría es perfecto.Por nombrar alguno de los muchos fallos, no había secadores de pelo, la mitad de las duchas no tenían mampara y el agua se salía, y las que sí, tenían la perfilería negra.La puerta de entrada no cierra y la casa queda siempre abierta, porque, según el propietario, no hay ningún problema de seguridad. Además, él vive en la parte de atrás de la casa, hecho que no comunica previamente y del que te das cuenta al llegar al lugar.Sus dos perros campan a sus anchas por la casa, estaban durmiendo en la butaca del salón cuando llegamos (obviamente, llena de pelos).Podría ser una casa perfecta, pero no está preparada para ser alquilada. El propietario obviamente no es profesional (dudamos que tenga ningún tipo de licencia) y no debería alquilar la casa en esas condiciones.Fuimos una familia de 14 personas, 6 noches. No volveríamos a reservar esa casa y no la recomendamos.

Exterieurs tres paisible

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est située dans un lieu paisible tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. Le propriétaire était disponible pour résoudre les éventuels problèmes. La propreté de la villa a été le seul bémol lors de notre séjour. C est une villa avec beaucoup de potentiel.les piscines sont magnifiques et la vue de ces dernieres étaient juste waouw.
