This exclusive pool house in Central Istria is located idyllically between Svetvincenat and Vodnjan, about 20 km from the sea, and offers space for up to 10 people. It features a private freshwater pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, grill, and spacious garden terrace. Two furnished terraces invite relaxation.



The holiday home comprises 142 m² of living space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with SAT-TV, fireplace, air conditioning and WiFi. Bed linen, towels and a baby cot on request are available. Pets are welcome.



The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with double or single beds. The house also offers a washing machine and dishwasher. The private car park is located directly on the property. An airport transfer can be booked upon request.



The house is suitable for families, couples, and groups seeking relaxation, active holidays, or hiking in the green surroundings of Istria. Leisure activities within a 20 km radius include water sports, boat rental, bicycle rental, tennis, basketball, climbing, mountain biking, wine tasting, and sightseeing.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, washing machine (communal), tourist tax for adults and young people, and additional bed for children. Pets can be brought for an additional charge. A deposit will be refunded upon departure.
