LARGE 3 BEDROOM ON WOODED LOT, POOL, HOT TUB MIN TO PENNSTATE

Large 3 bedroom condo. The condo has 3 queen beds, 2 queen sofa beds, will sleep 10 people, washer and dryer on site. Central heat and conditioning. Tv's located in bedrooms and living rooms with streaming channels on Roku/smart tv. Internet, phone, computer, and printer in condo. You have a Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator, you have your own hot tub.

There is a pool located outback that is shared with the 2 condo's and the RV tenants POOL IS SEASONAL open from Memorial Day to Labor Day HOT TUB IS SEASONAL closed Nov-March/April. (Hot tub opening can vary depending on weather) T

***The property is currently undergoing outdoor improvements and upgrades, including new concrete, tile work, electrical service installation, and pool area enhancements.

• The outdoor/pool area may appear under construction during portions of your stay
We are working hard to complete all improvements within the next few weeks and appreciate your patience and understanding as we enhance the property for future guests.

Rental is available year around on short term basis, no long term contracts. Handicap Accessible, Students welcome. We are about 15 min to Penn State University in State College Pa. Transportation to and from the University can be provided for an additional fee if needed. (We own a limousine business, so we can offer all types of transportation from sedans, vans, limousines and buses) Are you and your group flying into State College? No need to rent a taxi, let us know and we can arrange your transportation as well. Pets are always considered.

We have an EV hookup for your electric car. So you can relax knowing your car will be ready to go when you are. We charge a minimal fee for charging your car $25.00 On the outside of the property there are security camera's 2 outside by the pool, 2 in the driveway, 1 at the front door entrance by the hot tub.

We have charcoal grill on site and sell bags of charcoal and wood for your campfire.

We also have our motor-coach that we rent out. If you need more room for more guest you can also rent it, and we will set it up on our property for you. You can see it at: https://www.vrbo.com/3628860

Please smoke outside. An ashtray is provided on your front porch. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if we find evidence or smell smoke.
Please keep noise down after 10pm inside and outside.
If you bring a pet, please scoop the poop. Security Deposit required $250.00 refundable if no pet damages, or urine or feces.

It’s a cute place. Definitely accessible for mobility impaired. Hosts were responsive. The porch was great. Pictures were accurate. It was great that there was a pool and a hot tub. This probably had the best stocked kitchen in terms of gadgets at vacation rentals. We had a great time we go to state college every couple of years and this has been our best stay yet.

Property had potential. The entrance felt a bit cluttered but understandable it is early spring and you’re in the middle of the woods. Nothing a good spring clean up wouldn’t fix. Had a small glitch with door lock on Saturday morning but all in all was a great stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us—we’re glad to hear you had a great overall stay! We appreciate your understanding regarding the entrance area. Due to recent weather in the area, including late-season snow and severe storms with hail, we temporarily stored outdoor furniture and equipment on the porch to prevent damage. Everything was kept organized, and this is not our typical setup as we transition into the spring season. This week is more calm so we just set the outdoor furniture back out. It goes in and out from under the deck until things get settled down with the weather. We’re also happy we were able to quickly assist with the brief door lock issue and get everything working right away. Sometimes, it just takes doing it 2 times especially if you hit between the numbers it will have to reset before you hit it again. Thank you again for your comments—we’re always working to improve and hope to host you again in the future!

Host was welcoming; however nowhere on the site did it say host lives on site. It’s not like it really mattered; however I don’t like surprises. Also outside porch area needed cleaned up (did not look like pictures, was filled with junk and dirty). Inside was clean and fairly up to date; however I did not appreciate having coverings on all the furniture.

Why they chose this property

This property when we bought it had a magic feeling about it. Its secluded you can watch the deer off the porch. Lots of Forrest sounds all around. Great hiking paths all throughout the woods. Very quiet and just a great place to be in the outdoors.

What makes this property unique

Take advantage of the hot tub on cool nights and the pool on hot days (seasonal). Relax by a campfire while watching the wildlife.
