This modern estate boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms, all of which are located on the second floor. The grand, master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling, king size bed, smart TV, and an attached ensuite. The next bedroom has two queen beds (bunk bed), as well as a dedicated workspace. The next two bedrooms have one king bed each. All 3 secondary bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are three full bathrooms, one of which is downstairs, while the other two are accessible by the bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs bathroom is directly off of the kitchen hallway, right next to the washer & dryer. Upstairs, the master ensuite is equipped with a sink, vanity, and separate jetted tub & standing shower. The last bathroom upstairs has dual sinks & a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
Prepare to be amazed! The stunning, brand new kitchen will take your breath away. The unique, dark blue accents & open concept are unlike any other in the Poconos. Included in this kitchen is an eat-in breakfast nook & coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods). This space will give you the true feeling of modern luxury!

The full dining room is just steps away. With a large dining table that can seat 6 + the additional breakfast nook which can seat 4 more, there is an abundance of space for the entire group to enjoy a feast prepared in the chef's kitchen!

The modern luxury continues into the two adjacent living areas. The first living room is more formal, with lots of comfy seating, a wood burning fireplace, and gorgeous views of the private backyard.

On the other side of the wall, you can let your inner child out as you enjoy the arcade games, foosball, air hockey, or all other entertainment that you can find on the huge smart TV!

This home will provide you with outdoor enjoyment unlike any other that you can find! On the huge deck right off of the living area, you are greeted with tons of outdoor seating, including a full couch, lounge chairs, and more! Cozy up on the couch next to the propane fire pit on those cool Poconos evenings. On the opposite end of the deck, you can BBQ on the outdoor grill!

Just a few steps off the deck, you will find the large, private pool (operational between Memorial Day-Labor Day) and private hot tub (operational year-round) on the gazebo. If that isn't enough, the sprawling land continues! We welcome all pets - so much that we have dedicated a fully enclosed grassy piece of the land as the private dog park. So much room on this secluded property that your pups can run free!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating fee: $100 per reservation, set to 85F (The pool is only available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
