OBX in October

This was a great stay for a weekend away for me and my husband. It was close to everything but quiet even though it was just off the main road. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend away.

Weekend getaway

The property was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Perfect space for my partner and me on a weekend trip & less then a half mile walk to the beach.

I would cancel my next vacation if its a Vacasa managed propery

I checked in at 530. The room had not been cleaned after the previous client. After waiting almost an hr and a half of my vacation with the management company. Who assured me the room would be cleaned promptly. We went to dinner. Upon returning around 9pm fresh linen where hanging onbthe door. Room still not clean. After wasting a few more hrs on the phone i eventually had to clean the room and make the bed after the previous client. 4 days later and i am still waiting for a response from Vacasa.!!

Kill Devil Hills Stay

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Long walk to beach. Would need a wagon to carry beach things and cooler. Tidy but not clean. Hair in shower drain and sand on the bathroom floor. No matress cover. To the owners that would be a good idea. The matress is very new and clean. It would be a shame to have it stained and dirty looking. Matress covers can be replaced. Air conditioner worked well. It was actually cold in our room just with the mainhouse air on. Needed a sweater and pants. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker, no dishes or utensils provided. Dish soap and clothes provided. Laundry provided!!! Laundry soap provided too!

Cozy Place

This was a great place to rent for a weekend and couples getaway. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The door-code did not work at first, but all it took was a simple phone call to get it all situated. Enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again if I visit.
