Garden Room at Bed & Breakfast

The amenities are never ending here at Rose Oak Ranch and you've never met more friendly and inviting hosts! You'll experience peace and tranquility as you walk through the garden spaces, or take a dip in in the state-of-the-art endless pool, or enjoy viewing the horses. At the end of the day, soak in the luxurious hot tub under the gazebo or roast marshmallows out on the patio.

The Garden room is fantastic private room complete with keypad entry with a mid-century garden theme reflecting some of the beauty you will see on the property. It is one of three guest rooms upstairs, there may be other guests during your stay, or you might have the entire top floor to yourselves. Your hosts live downstairs where a country style delicious breakfast can be made and served every morning. Breakfast is available for $5 per person per morning. If you would rather keep to yourself, the upstairs (shared with other guests) has its own full bathroom, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker (with all the fixins), there is a large flat screen TV with cable, a reading nook with lots of books, table for playing games, and super comfy couches.

Downstairs has another living room, second half bath as well as full dining room. Head outdoors to find numerous peaceful spots to enjoy nature and view the horses, or head over to the lake for kayaking or bring your ski boat and spend the day doing water sports.

Rhonda and Duane were great hosts. The accomodations were beautiful and comfortable. Great mattress! Rhonda treated me with banana bread and boiled eggs for breakfact each morning. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Great hosts and property! Beds were so comfortable. Very dark and warm accommodations, quiet and cozy too. We had all we needed to enjoy Christmas and visit our family close by. A peaceful atmosphere, close to town but off the beaten path. Really enjoyed meeting people and our stay!Thanks so much.

Peaceful paradise

It was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. I was not sure If it wasSomething I wouldBe willing to do again. But I was proven wrong on a large scale. The proper owners were very polite and willing to share all that they have to offer. The stay was very peaceful and warm. It Made us Feel like weWere visiting our grandma. We are definitely going to stay there again. We feel like we have made new Friends at the peaceful paradise.

My friend and I went on a girlfriends' trip and had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Garden room at Rose Oak Ranch. Duane greeted us out front and gave us a tour of all the facilities. He was the most gracious host and was always available to help with the hot tub and other amenities. The room and all common areas were clean, impeccably designed and decorated, and made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfy and we loved the linens--it all made for a great night's sleep. We visited Hogan lake's swimming spot at Wrinkle Cove during the days, then came back to relax in the wave pool and hot tub. The common room upstairs was so comfortable and covered all our needs: TV, coffee, puzzles (we did two during our stay), and multiple fans to keep us cool during the extra hot weekend. The shared bathroom is gorgeous, spacious, and was never an issue as far as sharing it with other guests. We missed Rhonda and her famous breakfasts, as she was taking a well deserved break, but we did get the love of the animal welcoming committee of two affectionate cats and two very friendly dogs. Overall it was an excellent deal and a fantastic spot and I wouldn't hesitate to return with my whole family.
