Exclusive holiday home in Eckernförde with a beach house feeling on the Baltic Sea!
The house is located on a mature property in a quiet residential area. It is completely renovated and up to date. In the large living and dining room you can go on vacation like at home, a huge window front to the 35 sqm wooden terrace lets in light and sun. No wishes remain unfulfilled in the modern kitchen. Enjoy the large induction hob, the high-quality oven and the extensive equipment. In the bathroom you can start the morning relaxed with a rain shower and underfloor heating. A large bathtub lets the winter days pass quickly. There are two fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 single mattresses) and plenty of cupboard space. Complete darkening is possible. One bedroom has access to the covered balcony (loggia) where you can sit comfortably in the evening to catch the last rays of sunshine.

A 5th The sleeping area is in the upper hall, here there is a sofa bed available. It is not a locked room!
Washer and dryer are available in the house.
About 15 minutes walk to the beach and downtown, by bike about 5 minutes. A bus stop is approx. 400 m away.
Shops such as baker, Aldi, Lidl, supermarket (Markant), gas station etc. can be reached in 2 minutes by car or in 10 minutes on foot. The shops in Eckernförde are also open on Sundays in the summer months!
Our house is non-smoking and pets are not welcome.
The house is friendly for allergy sufferers.
Arrival and handover of keys between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. or by telephone. We are looking forward to your visit!
