Cozy, light-flooded apartment with 15 m² roof terrace. Idyllically and quietly located in a rural setting at the village pond. Vacation with the dog.
The house by the pond can be found in the north-east of the island, nestled between meadows and fields, with short distances to the lively island metropolis "Burg" and the ferry port Puttgarden. The nearest beach is in the north, the Green Brink, which invites you to swim and sunbathe with its flat sandbars and offers one of the special dog beaches. The wild and romantic east coast is also very attractive, ideal for long walks on the beach.
Located directly at the idyllic village pond, our house offers three apartments with a large garden, barbecue area and lawn. It was completely renovated in 2012 and 2014 and all apartments were furnished exclusively and comfortably. We provide our guests with free high-speed WiFi. Ideal for a vacation with your dog.
The "pond view" is on the upper floor and was designed in an open construction. We offer you a spacious living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy, optically separated dining area. The bedroom with large built-in wardrobe is cleverly separated from the living area by a media wall with satellite TV and radio and can be darkened by a curtain. The living area is furnished with a large pull-out sofa and living room table. The separate bathroom has been designed in a Mediterranean style with a glass shower and a custom-made washstand. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
The 15 m² roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax. The barbecue area is available in the large garden.

We kindly ask you to bring your own bed for your four-legged friend. Soiling of beds and sofas as well as renovation work due to damage, we unfortunately have to invoice separately.
