Our Haus Zaunkönig is an individually furnished holiday home with various extras: in the outdoor area there is a small sandpit and a swing for children. You can grill on the surrounding lawn. Access to the terrace and house has a ramp. The wooden terrace is equipped with garden furniture and two deck chairs and has a lockable gate. This is particularly advantageous for small children or a dog.

Antique furniture, a sofa bed and a small selection of books for guests await you in the living room. In the very well-equipped kitchen, in addition to the dining table for six people, there is also a fireplace and a cozy reading corner as well as children's toys.

In the 1st There are two bedrooms upstairs: The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), in the children's room there is a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a wooden cot (70 x 140 cm) , The furniture in both rooms is also partly antique. Please note our pictures!

There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower on the ground floor and another bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor.

When booking 7 nights over Pentecost, the price of the B season applies.
If you leave on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays in seasons A and B, the service charge will increase by 50%. If you arrive with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged for the service charge. This fee will be added to the remaining amount after the down payment! In the event of cancellation after the booking contract has been concluded, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be transferred back. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. You can reach Prerow via the B 105, Löbnitz junction then towards Barth or Altheide junction, then via the Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and offers next to the white sandy beach a lot of excursions, z. B. to the sea museum, Ozeaneum, water park "Hanse Dom" in Stralsund, to the bird park Marlow, Karls adventure village in Rövershagen and much more .. Cranes can be seen in spring and autumn.
