THE SPACE:

The apartment can accommodate 8 guests in 4 large bedrooms. A folding bed and a travel cot can be provided for 2 other smaller guests on request.

BEDROOM 1 - master bedroom with en-suite shower room

A huge and luxurious master bedroom with a hand-carved four-poster bed made of antique wood in the 200 x 200 format. The mattress is of the highest orthopedic hotel quality to guarantee you a restful sleep. The interior was designed with unique and wonderful objects and artifacts from around the world. This bedroom also has a large modern bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. Hidden shutters ensure that the room can be darkened if you want to sleep in pure darkness - or adapt it to the amount of light you want to penetrate. The room is flooded with light and the main balcony is accessible via sliding doors. Large quantities of closets provide space for your clothes and suitcases, and there is modern remote-controlled air conditioning. If you prefer no air conditioning, a fan is available on request.

BEDROOM 2 - double room with private shower room

In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is also a main bathroom for the use of bedrooms 3 and 4. This huge room contains a deep bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

LIVING & DINING ROOM

A huge and breathtaking, light-filled room to relax and eat with friends and family. However, the 43-inch Smart TV and wireless Bluetooth speaker will meet all of your audiovisual needs if you prefer to keep your technique to a minimum and get lost in the numerous luxury books at the coffee table or a card game or backgammon enjoy.

The large dining table seats 10 people and leads to the kitchen area.

KITCHEN

A beautiful Greek-blue kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. There is an integrated washing machine and dishwasher as well as a large fridge with freezer compartment. For cooking there is a ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a Nespresso from the machine or make a smoothie with the Nutribullet. A kitchen table seats 4 people and there is access to a balcony with a storage room for swimming pools etc. There is a modern remote controlled air conditioning system. MAIN BALCONY

The apartment has an exceptionally large balcony, which was beautifully designed with 2 separate areas to relax. You can eat outside at a dining table, and relax in the sofa area and talk about the day's activities.

THE SWIMMING POOL

The pool is located in a small, exclusive and gated community with only 14 apartments (only 12 of these apartments share a pool - penthouses have a pool on the roof). It is very quiet and is hardly used as most of the residents work during the day. It is serviced and cleaned daily

The pool area is absolutely breathtaking. There are 4 sun loungers, an additional seating area for 4 people and a large parasol. The area has sun areas most of the day and a grassy garden invites children to play.

PARKING SPOT

There are 2 parking spaces for this apartment under the protection of the building. The complex is accessed via an electronic gate. A keychain will be provided to you.
