The apartment is located in Rabland, a district of Partschins at the foot of the Texel Group near Meran. The house is located off the road in a dead end, in a quiet location. The three-room apartment offers about 65 square meters of living space and is comfortably furnished for 4 people with two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. After a strenuous hike, enjoy the rays of the evening sun on the south-facing balcony. Towels and bed linen are provided. A parking space is available. Shops, children's playground, bus stop, bank, inns, cafe, pizzeria are about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.

The holiday village Partschins with Rabland is an ideal starting point for various activities in the Texel Group Nature Park. Both the hikes to the alpine regions and the mountain tours of different levels of difficulty make every mountaineer's heart beat faster. Even die-hard mountain bikers are not neglected on forest trails and trails. Two cable cars open up the two sides of the valley and make it easier to reach the height level or make the descent into the valley easier. The Partschins waterfall is not only a breathtaking natural spectacle, but also has a health-promoting effect due to the released water particles. If you want to take it easy, choose one of the many Waal routes in the Burggrafenamt or in the Vinschgau, move by bike on the bike paths along the Adige or visit the many surrounding sights. Im Ganzen befriedigend. Appartement lag im 2. Stock. Einrichtung und Gestaltung ansprechend. Es fehlte aber Stauraum und die Mülltrenung ist für Deutesche sehr unübersichtlich. Blick vom Balkon einmalig.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben nach Absprache eine andere Wohnung im gleichen Haus bekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden damit. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Für uns ideal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das tollste Hunde sind erlaubt.

Schöner Urlaub

Rabland ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins Vinschgau oder Meraner Land. Der Ort bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (2 Sparmärkte mit frischen Backwaren) und 2 Metzgereien. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, geräumig und hat die Basisausstattung in der Küche. Der Balkon bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. Schnell und problemlos funktioniert ein Handtuchwechsel nach kurzer Absprache mit den Vermietern. Praktisch ist der Getränkeservice auf Vertrauensbasis im Haus. So geht das Sprudelwasser quasi nie aus. Einzig das WLAN wollte während des Aufenthalts nicht funktionieren.
