It is located on the 3rd Floor, easily accessible by elevator, is on the lake side. The large living room with integrated kitchen is flooded with light and comfortably furnished.

The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove with ceramic hob and standard kitchen appliances (microwave). In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the upholstered furniture and look at the dike and water. Stereo system, DVD player and television (television reception currently only public programs via DVBT, no private channels) are available. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and you do not have to do without the Internet. In the living room there is a wall bed in the wall unit with sleeping space for two people, as well as some compartments that can be used as storage space. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 m double bed (2 80 mattresses). The wardrobe offers enough space. The apartment has a shower room, here you can also accommodate all your toiletries. The large balcony offers enough space to relax, drink coffee, enjoy wine ....... etc. A toddler up to 2 years has additional space, a travel cot can be provided, can be set up quickly and finds z. B. You are on foot in 5 minutes on the Frisian beach with its great adventure playground. The energy and final cleaning costs are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels can be hired for a fee. A child up to two years old can be accommodated, the cot is available.
