The space
Experience comfort and convenience in our charming Boise home. This single-level house boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed and storage for your belongings. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with appliances and cookware. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a comfortable couch and TV. Step outside to the spacious backyard with a patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. You'll also have access to off-street parking and garage space.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, including the living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, garage, backyard, and patio. Enjoy amenities like the indoor fireplace, outdoor seating, and ping pong table.

Other things to note
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please review these important notes: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, but this is dependent on availability. Please remember to remove your shoes when inside the house. Parking is available in the garage and off-street. We have a strict no-party policy; any gatherings or events will incur a minimum $500 fee. Smoking and the use of any drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property; violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 fine. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We appreciate your attention to these details.

Great location for Boise and Meridian. High ceilings in home contributed to home feeling somewhat cold in cool weather. Would make home feel more comfortable in summer/hot weather.

Cozy place to gather

We were in town meeting family members from out of state for a few days. This home was a cozy, comfortable place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace was a bonus, and the gathering space was great. We will definitely book again.

Short Trip to visit kids

It was a very comfortable and felt like home. It was very nice to have us all under one roof and to be able to spend with the family. It is a very clean and had everything we all needed.

We have two small boys that loved this house. The communication from the owners was perfect, house was well appointed and clean. The house had a lot of fun activities, games and was comfortable. We had a great stay and would book again. Thanks!

Nice place close to everything that was important to us

In town for my Father's funeral, has family and friends stay with us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very clean and usable as far as plates, utensils and things needed to cook. Bathrooms were clean and functional. Overall I would stay here again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Stayed for surgery which was at Treasure Valley Hospital. Surgery on hip, needed a ground floor bedroom. Worked out well.

This property was the perfect place for my little family event we held! Clean, beautiful, spacious.

I would absolutely rent from them again. A little hiccup with check in but fixed pretty fast. The hosts are super sweet and allowed us to stay later since our flight got changed. We needed a place to throw an Easter bash for my grandmother who has progressed Alzheimer’s. This was her big wish to pull all the family together. This property made this happen. It really was a beautiful home.

Quiet & Clean

This home was nice and clean inside. Easy check-in, Good location. There were no coffee tables, end tables, states it sleeps 8, it does not, missing a futon. No communication from owners, there were broken things, air system was locked/fixed program not able to adjust, so it was very warm at night. Outside of home was a bit unattended.

Convenient location for our visit

We like the property because it is close to our son. Have stayed here on 2 occasions. Couch in family room was broken on second visit. Lots of leaves at the front door and back yard not too inviting. That being said, grands loved the ping pong table and game system. So we can put up with not perfect.I had some health issues before coming for 2nd visit. Owner was supposed to call me re our stay but never did.

Wonderful VRBO in Boise

This was the perfect location for our visit to Boise as it was only 2 mile from our family. House was complete with everything you might need. We had a slight problem with the guest faucet and the owner responded to my text quickly and got it fixed. Our two preteen grandsons visited us and spent a couple nights with us. They loved playing the arcade games at the house. We spent 3weeks at this property and we loved the comfortable leather recliners for watching Tv. House had several tv’s and had ROKU on the TV’s. Bedsheets were very soft. Beds were queen sized. We have a king sized bed at home so that was an adjustment but it worked. Nice neighborhood. House had an attached garage and electric opened for garage door. Highly recommended this property. We have booked it for another visit next spring.

This is our 2nd year staying at this house and it's perfect!Spotless Cleanliness: The very first thing we noticed upon walking in was how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire house was. You can tell the hosts take immense pride in giving their guests a great place to stay.Seamless Check-In: Checking in was an absolute breeze. The instructions provided by the host were clear, straightforward, and completely hassle-free, allowing us to unpack and unwind immediately.Prime Location: You couldn't ask for a better location. Shops, dining and location in relation to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation made this the perfect location for my family.Peaceful & Quiet: Despite being so close to everything, the house is tucked away in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed restful, undisturbed nights of sleep throughout our entire stay.We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We definitely plan to book this house next year for our visit.
