A luxurious resort getaway in a studio suite located at the southern end of Napa Valley. Your room at the Vino Bello is perfect for couples or a small family! This spacious resort suite is about 493 sq. ft. You will enjoy a king bed and sofa bed or two double beds. Plus a in suite sitting area, private patio/balcony, washer/dryer and a complimentary bottle of wine! Please provide the first and last name of the individual who will be checking in with the front desk with your initial inquiry/request. No smoking or pets. There's a City of Napa tax per night that will be charged separately. Must be 21+ to book. Must provide a $100 per night fully refundable deposit to the resort. Name on Reservation must match photo ID. COVID Update: Enhanced cleaning measures are in effect. All amenities are currently open with access limitations.

• Since the Vino Bello is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, you may politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. However, they do offer rewards for attending, but remember, it is a sales pitch and you will be asked to buy. The staff at the sales center is very nice and if you say no, they will not try to hard sell you.

General terms:
• Guests shall use and maintain the resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other owners or guests. The guest affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or resort property during the rental period..
• The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Note:
I have been a timeshare owner for many years. This is a fully transferable timeshare unit, so the reservation booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel.
