Beautiful century-old house renovated with great attention to detail, combining modern comforts with rustic charm, for a warm atmosphere with a unique cachet. You'll love the open-plan interior, with floor-to-ceiling wooden walls.



The Space:

This thoughtfully designed and well-equipped chalet offers 3 bedrooms: two connecting bedrooms sharing the second floor, and one bedroom in the basement (please note: steep stairs!), along with an open-concept living room and kitchen.



Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a trip with friends, or a cozy escape for two, you’ll love the chalet’s warm and inviting atmosphere. The peaceful view of the pond and the horses at the neighbouring stable makes it easy to slow down, unwind and simply enjoy the moment.



Ideally located near Bromont, surrounding mountains, lakes and the charming villages of the Eastern Townships, the chalet is a perfect home base whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, an active getaway or simply some well-deserved relaxation.

Located 5 minutes from the ski slopes, Le 10 Howard is a superb chalet where nature dominates, near the mountains and lakes of the Brome sector. Nearby, you will find a multitude of trails to practice your favorite sport! In season, you can also visit the vineyards and various local producers.

Nice little cottage, quite and close

Great stay. Nothing fancy but very comfortable, close to Bromont and Balnea spa. Not a large property but good privacy nonetheless. Would stay again!

Great little place, could use some improvements

Love the place, but the fridge leaked over night. When we got there the first day, the house next door was renovating the roof (lots of noise) and the stairs are very steap and not really safe. However, the view is lovely, the outdoor space was amazing, the room variety was great too. 4/5

Cute but not quite perfect for the price

We found the cabin very nice and cozy. Aesthetically, it is perfect. The setting is bucolic and whimsical! We have however to mention the stairs, both to the basement and the upstairs levels. They are very steep, especially when you have to negotiate them at night to get to the bathroom. It is a factor not to be disregarded comfort wise. People with disabilities or very young kids could find them a bit too steep. Also, it is tagged as offering air conditionning. There are 3 portable units, one for each floor. In the summer, when it’s over 25°C outside, it is not enough. The temperature inside when we arrived was 26°C inspite the fact that every unit was blasting and the curtains where closed. One room is in fact a mezzanine that you have to go through to get to the 3rd room. Disappointing. The kitchen offered the plain basic equipment. No fancy cooking there! Couldn’t find a bowl big enough to toss a salad for 4 and the BBQ couldn’t fit 5 steaks at once. We enjoyed the setting and the feel of the place. We just though that for the price, it could have been more equipped. I mean, asking money for each bundle of campfire wood and for the fireplace wood you use… Didn’t feel it was indicated.

L’hébergement était parfait pour 4 personnes. La cuisine toute équipée et la propreté des lieux. L’espace extérieur est parfait avec le spa/sauna sec, les chaises et l’espace pour le feu! Endroit très tranquille!
