This spacious cabin has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with two lounge areas and two kitchens! The master suite features a spa bath to include a tiled shower with dual shower heads and whirlpool tub. HOUSE RULES

To maintain our luxury standards, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules. Any violations will result in cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal with no refund.

The booking party must be at least age 25 years and present for the duration of the stay. For security purposes, a copy of the booking party's photo identification will be required at check-in and names of each guest on the reservation will be required in advance of arrival.

The guest capacity limit is strictly enforced per Carrollton County's short-term rental ordinance. Gatherings of more than 10 people are not permitted. Guests not listed on the itinerary are not permitted on the property. Violation of the guest capacity limit will result in a $1000 fine per additional guest.

All guests will be required to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver upon booking a reservation.

Media production, such as film, television, video, photography, music and publications, is strictly prohibited. Any media production violations will result in $1000 fine.

Excessively loud and disruptive gatherings (not exceeding 10 guests) are strictly prohibited.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Any smoking violations will result in $1000 fine.

Due to property features that pose a risk of harm to kids, this property is not suitable for kids.

Guests will be responsible for any losses or damages to the property.

Do not move or rearrange any interior furniture or decor.

This is a private property. No shooting, hunting, or trespassing. Violators will be prosecuted.

Guests are permitted to use lake and pool amenities during hours 6:00am-9:00pm.

Enter lake and wooded areas within property lines at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Life jackets must be worn for safety when entering the lake.

Use of owner provided paddle boats are permitted. Properly secure all equipment after each use.

Use of water amenities is prohibited while consuming or under the influence of alcohol.

Catch and release fishing permitted only with use of artificial lures.

Use of boats, jet skis, RV's, ATV's or other unauthorized motorized vehicles are NOT permitted on property.

Do not throw trash or other items in lake or fire pit. Discard trash in bin.

No parking on grass. Use designated parking areas only.

No pets permitted on property. Violation of pet policy will result in $1000 fine.

Do not feed any animals.
