For guests with electric vehicles, the home is just ½ mile from the Sedona Tesla Supercharger for easy and convenient charging.

The single-level home boasts a spacious 2,900 square feet, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Relax and unwind in style as you enjoy the heated inground pool, offering mesmerizing views from three separate outdoor spaces of the iconic red rock mountains that surround the property.

Nestled between the Oak Creek Country Club and the Sedona Golf Resort, our retreat offers convenient access to both establishments, making it a dream destination for golf enthusiasts. Additionally, the property is situated near several popular trailheads, allowing nature enthusiasts to explore the breathtaking surroundings at their leisure. Within minutes, you'll find grocery stores, gourmet dining, and a variety of custom shops for your convenience and shopping pleasure.

As you enter the retreat through the front door, you'll be greeted by the impressive great room, encompassing the living room, kitchen, expansive bar, and dining areas. This inviting space is adorned with elegant wood flooring and boasts vaulted ceilings, allowing for an open and airy atmosphere. Natural light floods the house through a skylight and five sliding glass doors throughout this uniquely designed property providing seamless access to multiple outdoor entertainment areas.

Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including two extra-large couches (one of which is a pull-out queen sleeper), an additional sofa table with seating for three, a cozy gas fireplace and a 60” HD Smart TV.

Kitchen: The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has two islands with stainless steel appliances including a six burner gourmet gas stovetop, built in oven / microwave, wine fridge, and plentiful counter space. There's an island with custom wood bar top with seating for four and a separate prep area with additional seating for four.

Dining Area: The dining area has an expandable table with seating for up to twelve.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Grand Master Suite — King size bed, 50” HD Smart TV, gas fireplace, lovely separate living area that offers a queen sleeper sofa and an HD Smart TV. You'll also enjoy access to the backyard. The private bathroom offers double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2 — King bed, 50” HD Smart TV, gas fireplace, patio access.

Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, 50” HD Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 — Two twin beds, 50” HD Smart TV, patio/pool access (can be converted to a king size bed upon request with an additional fee).

Bathrooms 2 and 3 — Shared full bathrooms offering spacious showers.
Outdoor Spaces

Enjoy the private pool with spectacular views, plenty of outdoor seating and outdoor dining furnishing, and a propane BBQ grill across three separate patio entertainment spaces, one of which is covered with custom overhead sails providing plenty of shade. There's also a ping pong table in the fully air conditioned/heated garage, hiking poles, and yoga mats.

Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $125 per day year-round. The pool reaches a depth of 5 ft. Pool is 15 ft x 30 ft. The pool also features a waterfall and lighting. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

Hot Tub: Yes, above-ground hot tub powered and heated by solar energy.

Internet Access: High Speed Wi-Fi

Entertainment: Six HD Smart TVs with YouTube TV. One located in each of the four bedrooms and in all common entertainment areas.

Laundry: Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room.

Parking: Driveway parking for six vehicles. No RV parking allowed.

Pets: Yes, up to 2 dogs allowed. Dogs must weigh 60 lbs or less. There will be a $125 non-refundable pet fee per dog.
