Esta casa de capa privada tiene 2300 + pies cuadrados y es un 5 dormitorios, 3 baños que ha sido remodelado con pisos de madera de bambú NUEVOS y una cocina completamente nueva de cuarzo / acero inoxidable. Tiene tres niveles de vida con un sótano adicional de 750 pies cuadrados y una terraza de 720 pies cuadrados. Esta casa estaba recién pintada y RECIENTEMENTE amueblada con colchones de primera calidad. Está decorado en un estilo contemporáneo y tranquilo.
Situado cerca de la línea Truro en Commercial Street en el East End de la ciudad en el área de Beach Point. La casa es ideal para las personas que les gusta la paz, la privacidad y el espacio lejos de sus vecinos. Un buen lugar para volver a casa y relajarse después de un ajetreado día en la playa o salir por la noche en la ciudad. Annual family vacation

Had a blast staying in this lovely home. Very inviting and cozy. Loved that we could walk to the bay beach across the street. Enjoyed the rooftop deck where we enjoyed spectacular views. Great to be able to hop a shuttle to PTown from the driveway, even though biking there was just as easy! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard....and the quilts provided so they could lounge on the couch with everyone. Lastly, hands down the absolutely the best beds! Everyone slept very well. A

Awesome spot for a low-key P-Town stay

This was my second time staying at this fantastic house. The hosts are stellar and provided clear communication for our stay as well as a handy binder on how everything works and some local recs. House was clean and the temperature was easy to adjust in our rooms. Thank you for having us again—we had a wonderful time!!

Great house!

We were surprised at how nice the house r was for the fee. We knew we wouldn’t be walkable to town but it all worked out great. Tons of room and everything we needed for the long weekend. We would highly recommend this house and location for anyone not wanting to be in the middle of the craziness!

Lots of space, great location

Ample space for the 5 of us adults. The living room and large dining room table were perfect for socializing, dinners and games. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large table too. Lots of outdoor space and a roof top deck. THE ROOF TOP DECK!!!!! Omg soooo nice. Everything worked just fine. 3 full baths was a treat. Highly. Would stay here again.

Bachelorette

We stayed here for a bachelorette and there was plenty of space and it was a great location. Less than 10 minutes from downtown with a shuttle that goes by. Walk to the beach. It was a nice easy place to stay.

Great house for families and dogs.

We stayed over Columbus Day weekend with my parents, brother, two young boys, infant daughter and large dog. The house met our needs perfectly. The kids were in the basement, which had an extra little sitting room we were able to designate their play room so they didn’t wake up the rest of the house. The fenced yard was an amazing bonus for our dog, who could go in and out as she pleased. The roof deck was a lovely place to sit, though we had rain or high wind for a lot of our stay. I just loved the proximity to the bay beach. I grew up going to Kamar Village across the street but as we outgrew it, we began renting larger houses in town. It was so nice to be back here, especially with young kids. This might not be the house for you if you’re looking to go out partying in town at night-it’s a long walk along unlit, un-sidewalked streets. But if you don’t mind the walk or paying to park for the day (the lot at the monument is a good deal for 24 hours unlimited in and out), you’ll love this place. It’s still a rental unit and has some of the characteristic rental-unit qualities. Thin walls, minimal carpeting, some damage to the walls and fixtures. The basement has a dehumidifier but has a slight air of damp. But it’s also one of the best-appointed rentals I’ve ever been to. We found all sorts of things we might not have elsewhere: spare batteries for the flashlight, balls for the dog, plentiful toiletries and cleaning products. Will definitely be back!!

A gem of a house!

We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful – comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved the enormous roof terrace and found all five bedrooms to be very comfortable. It’s amazing to have use of the house bikes – the whole of P-town is within very easy reach. Wendy was extremely responsive and made every aspect of our stay thoroughly convenient. We’d love to come again.

The house was very dirty. The downstairs bedrooms are horrible. Major electrical issue too!

Terrible safety issue with the electric and very dirty and musty! The house is located in a location that is scenic but not easily accessible to the beach. The description of being 1000 feet from the water doesn’t mean you can easily walk to the beach at all. The house was converted from a cape style to accommodate rentals and the downstairs bedrooms are really in a basement that has floors which are constantly wet and the whole area reeked of must and mildew. The first floor bedroom is like a closet and its bath is very old and dirty. There was a car floor mat in the bathtub to hide its dirt and wear. There is no central air and the house doesn’t have the capability to handle proper electric service. The breakers tripped several times. The fire alarm went off several times. The owner was notified in writing and never followed through with required maintenance. It wasn’t until the last night of our vacation that I was awoken by the arcing of the electrical panel at 2:45 am. In haste to remedy the situation, I contacted the owner immediately. It wasn’t until three phone calls that she finally picked up the phone. I also e mailed via the VRBO site for a log of communication. Once we spoke, the owner said she’d let me know about getting someone to the house. This should have been done on day two when we reported the intermittent power losses! The last day of my vacation was spent without sleep and wondering if there would be a possible fire. We had to change our plans, not to leave our dog alone in the house. It wasn’t until 12:30 pm that the owner called back to say the she'd gotten an electrician. She was very cavalier about the entire situation and had no empathy for the nine hours of panic instilled on me and our other guests staying at the house. Bedside the major issue with the electrical, the house is very uncomfortable, left dirty and not as described in the listing. This was a very traumatic experience for what was to have been a relaxing vacation for my spouse, friends and dog. We weren’t even offered a reparation for this experience. An inexcusable experience that could have been prevented. I would not recommend ever staying at this property or any other owned by this couple as a result of my experience.

Awesome house in perfect location.

We stayed with our dogs for a week in this great home. Plenty of room for friends and family. Great location !!! Quiet out of town but easily accessible to everything and within walking distance to bayside beach which our dogs loved at low tide! Wendy was fantastic to deal with and we can’t wait to visit next year!

A Cozy Stay!

The house was a great stay for friends and I! Away from the main strip so had to drive in/catch a car but it was only a couple short minutes. Views from the roof deck were lovely!

Roof deck is a great feature

We stayed as 3 couples- parents and two children with significant others. We also brought our elderly small dog. The roof deck is reached using a spiral staircase that you can access from ground or king bedroom. Probably not great for anyone with a physical limitation-- but used morning and evening by our group. A/C in each bedroom is great - just need everyone to agree on heat vs ac. My kids wanted heat and my husband and I wanted ac! I really wanted 3 bathrooms to give privacy for each couple. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms- both good size with one bathroom. There is another bedroom off kitchen on main level and another bath. The problem for us was that no one wanted to stay in the basement and that was where the 3rd bathroom was. So ended up sharing upstairs bathroom. Enjoyed the outdoor space- good idea to bring breakfast food to house - bought sandwiches to go to beach and went out for dinner. If you are a party of 6 plus- make dinner reservations early- hard to get big outdoor tables. We saw people eating indoors but did not feel comfortable doing it. Being on the edge of Provincetown was great because you could access it but not be in it all the time. It was definitely more busy in town than anywhere else we went. Canteen had great lobster rolls and a large outdoor space in back. We used the beach in Truro- no fee and dogs on leashes allowed! Overall we had a lovely time- low 70's and sunny. The owners have bikes, beach chairs etc. We brought our own beach chairs and we could have left them at home. Lots of areas to sit- inside and out. For a group it was a good choice- especially when you can bring your pet along.

360 Views from Roofdeck

Nice place, four floors of living including the finished basement and roofdeck. Short walk to beach. Bathroom on each floor. The house was clean and well appointed. It's a bit too far from the main part of P-town to walk (although we did after a night out!), but we were able to get an Uber if needed. Wendy the owner is wonderful to deal with and easy to get in touch, and she made us feel very welcome in her place. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location for PTown visit

The house is right on the local shuttle bus route, so you can leave your car at the house and enjoy the sights in town without having to find parking. It’s also a very short walk to a really nice beach! The house itself is tastefully decorated and unlike many other Cape rentals, all linens are included (no need to pay for linen services on top of the rental). Space-wise, we were very comfortable with the 5 bedrooms (3 couples, 3 kids) and there was off-street parking for our 3 vehicles. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, great wi-fi throughout the house, and efficient climate control in each bedroom. All in all, a cute house!

Spacious, well equipped, comfortable in perfect location!

This house was perfect for our family re union and swim4life weekend. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out - well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Very comfortable beds / slept great ! Easy bike ride to Ptown center or bus stop at the end of the driveway. Lovely private shady yard and large sun deck with 360 degree water views! We will certainly return next year!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We just spent a great week on the Cape at Wendy and Andrews beautiful Vacation home!! I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy this year and now I understand why everything she has done to the house is a labor of love, and why she made this such a great setup for family's and how smooth the rental process goes every year. (This is our second year staying in this perfect home) This home is on the East end of P-Town (Away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown P-Town) witch make it perfect for spot for the quite evenings on the roof deck watching the sun set over the dunes. We feel blessed to share this home with Wendy for one week out of every year!!! Great location and the bus stop to down town P-Town is at the end of the driveway. Thanks for letting us use your property to create memories that our family will always cherish!!!

Wonderful Provincetown home

We spent a week at this lovely home and could not have been happier. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the bay side beach which is just a short walk across the street, P Town and all it has to offer, and also Race Point beach at the National Seashore. One of the best things about this house is the rooftop deck. It has amazing views. Beds were very comfy and had nice linens. This house and yard is very dog friendly with a nice little fenced in back yard and a gated porch. The beaches are dog friendly and Provincetown is as well. We met the owner Wendy who was very helpful and accomodating.

Love this house!

It was a beautiful house, meticulously renovated, decorated and absolutely spotless. Sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and now that I'm home I am in search of a mattress like that. The master bedroom had its own deck, where I would drink morning coffee. Love being able to hop on the bus at the bottom of the driveway for the eight minute ride to P-TOWN. The house had a beautiful zen vibe, peaceful, modern and the spa-like bathroom on the second floor was another feature that made it a great week. When the rooftop deck is ready it will be even more of a gem of a house on the Cape. Gosh maybe I shouldn't even give this secret away! Been coming to Cape for 30 years and this house falls in my top two. Modern beach house, cannot say enough good things. BRAVO
