The Wellington Penthouse is a fully furnished three-bedroom rental located less than a block from shops, art galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in historic downtown Ocean Springs. It is within walking, biking, or golf-carting distance to beautiful Front Beach and a short drive over the bridge to Biloxi, home to world-class casino resorts.

This rare find is located on the second floor of a beautiful first-class duplex. Wellington Penthouse has all the amenities you will need, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, longer vacations with the family, or just to explore Coastal Mississippi and immerse yourself in the unique culture and vibe of this wonderful community.

Wellington Penthouse features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartzite counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals on days you'd prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eat out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

You can relax on your outdoor balcony or lounge with friends and/or family in the comfortable living area with a large flat-screen smart TV.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and smart TV, and a private bathroom that features a large walk-in shower and roomy walk-in closet.

There are two additional bedrooms with Queen beds, each with a smart TV, a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and combination tub/shower, and an additional half bathroom

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet for streaming and working at home.

***We prefer that children do not stay in this unit due to this property is the upstairs unit, and there is another rental Casa Callie below, and footsteps/running late at night can sometimes be loud for the guests below. If you have kids, please look to book Casa Callie***

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

We loved our stay at Wellington Penthouse!  We were very comfortable, found it well appointed and spacious, and it completely met our needs.  We love the floor plan, the high ceilings, the color schemes and the front balcony.  We enjoyed walking the Peter Anderson Arts Festival and the many shops and restaurants that are within short walking distance from this unit. We would certainly recommend it to anyone and will want to stay here again if we return to OS and need the extra space this place offers us.

Lots of space for the price. However, we had no idea it was right next to a railroad track and trains would be coming by at all hours of the night and early morning. The house shakes as the trains pass. We got very little sleep due to the noise & shaking. There were noise machines in the rooms with no way to plug them in. (Ports did not match the outlets.) Beds were comfortable enough. Rental smelled of smoke. Would not choose to stay here again. Would give 3 stars at best, but trying to be kind.

We were in Oceans Springs for a songwriters festival and this was the perfect location. It was within walking distance of most of the venues, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The apartment was very clean and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
