Enjoy a barndominium experience in our barn loft! This cute red barn has a wonderful apartment type suite in the upstairs loft. Please note to get to this rental their are several stairs. We also are happy to tour you around our farm, Acres of Grace Farms, during your stay!

Cozy Loft

The property was very nice and clean. We were in town for business but enjoyed our off time in the loft watching movies and enjoying the farm life outside:)

It was quiet and remote. There is very little cell service, which hindered us looking for things in the area. Weather was very rainy so it was muddy around the outside areas, so we chose not to go out and explore the area. We loved the place and will stay there again.

Great weekend getaway in the country

1st, April is the best host on VRBO! She is very sweet and accommodating. Being on the farm was a very relaxing and unique experience. It was fun to tour the main farm at Acres of Grace. Very nice place! The loft apartment was completely clean and decorated in a cute farmhouse style. There were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the DVD player and DVDs. We were able to bring food and even cooked breakfast on the hot plate. We look forward to coming back to the area.

About the host

Your host

The story of Acres of Grace Farms started in April of 2011. Nick Patterson was working as an associate veterinarian at a rural mixed animal veterinary clinic in Celina, Tennessee. April Smith brought in a Bassett hound named Roscoe with a hurt foot. It really was the cliche “love at first sight” – not only for April & Nick but for Roscoe too.

Nick doctored and cared for Roscoe’s foot, getting him back to health while simultaneously Nick & April began their relationship after many additional visits to vet with Roscoe. ;)

In June 2012 the two tied the knot and were married in the sight of God.

Now they work together on the farm and in helping to manage April’s family businesses where they continue to employ 150 folks in rural Moss, Tennessee.

April and Nick are passionate about the beef industry, especially inspiring and educating young farmers.

In 2020, they welcomed their son Axel to the family!
