Small cottage, HUGE yard

This is the second place that I've stayed at run by this host and Kristen continues to amaze with her friendliness and stellar properties! 2Bed Room/2Bath Room, Large kitchen, HUGE dog friendly fenced back yard, close to town, comfy beds, all the things you could ask for in a nice little place to stay. We had a little problem with the tv, and Kristen instantly offered to come over and help. Turned out it was operator error (ie, me.. lol) We DEFINITELY look forward to frequenting this hosts properties for our Murfreesboro stays in the future! Thanks again Kristen! Falling apart

Upgrade, Upgrade! The entire place is due for a serious upgrade!! Front and back porch are in dire need of a paint and seal job! Both are falling apart, literally railings and posts sagging and hanging. The back door locks but does not seal. We observed ants coming in through the huge gap in the door and on an adjacent window. Ants in the kitchen, scoured the cupboards and laundry room for cleaning supplies, but found none. TP holder does not stay on the wall in the bathroom. All furniture and beds were just fine. TVs in every room w wifi connectivity. Nice big backyard for kids and dogs, and enjoying the back deck. Excellent location, short drive for enjoying Murfreesboro

Cute Cottage

Communication with property manager could have been better but they did come through in the end. The house wasn't cleaned to our standards but we did ask to get in a couple hours early, so that may be why it wasn't as clean as it would have been. All in all, we'd stay again. It was perfect for just the two of us.

Unsatisfactory

The rating did not depict the smell when you entered the house. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. The smell of mold was suffocating. We stayed 1 night but planned on 2. We were not able to sleep the night at all due to the smell, uncomfortable bed/pillows, poor ventilation and AC temp. The good thing was we were able to have our pets and the back yard accommodated for them to run around. The owner really needs to make sure it's clean and aired out/ventilated well for customers.

Our quick visit

Our checkin process we easy. When we opened the front door, there was a terrible smell like wet dog in the living room. No matter how much we strayed Lysol or fabreeze, it never went away. There were spider webs in the corners of the bedrooms and the master bath was dirty. I would not recommend this place.

Great VRBO

House is great for Vrbo. Nice backyard, all on 1 level, hall, doorways and ramp great for handicap but tubs are not. Front porch light needs to be brighter for night time arrival but we didn’t ask this while we were there.

Quaint little spot

The property was more than we expected. The back yard was splendid, our dogs had a good time investigating. The rooms were good, a little small but otherwise good. Watch out for the front bannister really lose. Easy to get in touch with the owner.

Cozy house

Would suggest that “house rules” should include cleaning up after your pet in the beautiful backyard. Would suggest having Kleenex & dish towels. House is very cozy! We really enjoyed our stay.

Decent stay overall

We had to contact the owner for instructions on how to enter the home, as there was no email in advance. It took almost an hour for a response, which made us a little nervous that we wouldn’t be able to access the place and would have to find other arrangements at the last minute. Aside from that, the place was decently decorated and clean. There were some things that were a little dirty and had obviously not been sanitized (refrigerator, microwave, stove), but luckily there were bleach wipes available to wipe everything down. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dogs and two boys to run around in. Neighborhood felt safe and was a short drive from restaurants and shops.

Very nice getaway

Excellent communication with Kristen, every time I sent a message she responded immediately. The Cottage was just as we expected, a very comfortable space for 4 adults.

Needs some TLC

This property needs some tender, loving care. For a woman over 60, getting in and out of the bathtubs was a little scary, and I am in good shape. The construction of the house needs care and was done haphazardly. The porches are a little rickety. Don’t feel the price is worth the stay compared to other rentals I’ve stayed in.

Comfortable and convenient

This was a great stay for my husband and me and our fur baby. There is an awesome park with paved hiking only 10 minutes away. Walmart was close for groceries and the home was super comfortable.

Comfortable and clean cottage

This two bedroom house with a huge fenced yard was perfect for two of us and our two dogs who are used to the travel routine. Internet service was fine and Roku tv was just fine. Everything was clean and we liked the coffee maker and snacks. Only stayed one night but it would be a great place to spend longer time.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family

I was so impressed with this property! The house is small and older but once inside it doesn't feel small and it has been renovated so it has a modern feel. The house has a comforting decor throughout. Table top decorations in the living room double as instructions for the stay. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nice basket of toiletries in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. Extra blankets but the house was cozy warm without extra blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry room had plenty of supplies for a short stay. The house was very clean. Walmart, fast food, restaurants, and gas were nearby and it wasn't far from all Murfreesboro has to offer. I hope I can get this house again when my husband and small dogs come with me! The dogs will enjoy running in the fenced backyard! Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Murfreesboro!
