Welcome to The Marysville Cottage, a charming home that has been beautifully updated and decorated. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a relaxing patio, a very large fully fenced yard, and a garage game room. This great house is centrally located in Marysville within walking distance to many amenities.


More details:

-The kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all of cookware that you would need as well as a starter pack of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.

- The living room offers new furnishings and smart-tv. Basic cable and wi-fi are provided.

- Laundry room offers a washer and dryer, laundry pods, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, and steamer.

- Bedroom 1 has a twin over full bunk bed, dresser, sound machine, night light, blackout curtains, luggage holder, hangers, laundry basket, children's toys and books.

- Bedroom 2 features a queen murphy bed, dresser, desk, smart TV, blackout curtains, hangers, laundry basket, and sound machine. Don't need the extra bed? Keep it folded up and enjoy this room as an office or play space.

- Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed, dresser, smart TV, sound machine, blackout curtains, luggage holder, hangers, laundry basket.

All mattresses are brand-new, high-quality mattresses with full zip mattress protectors. Duvet covers, matching sham covers, and throws are washed between each guest!

- Outside within the huge fenced yard you will find a large patio with grill, relaxing couch set, table, and fire pit.

- Garage has ping-pong table, basketball arcade game, dart board, and hangout area.

- There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door as well as a ring floodlight camera on the front of the garage.

- 15% discount for weekly stays. 35% discount for monthly stays. Discounts will automatically apply. Please message host for last minute stay rates.

The host gave very good details before arrival. The cottage was very clean, no odors, bedding, pillows, and towels were very clean and smelled just like I washed them myself. Very cute and felt right at home.

We loved the Marysville Cottage! It had everything we needed! It was conveniently located with easy access to the surrounding area. The fenced in yard was perfect for pets and the darts, ping pong and basketball were great to entertain the kids (and adults!). We would absolutely stay here again!

The Marysville Cottage was welcoming, clean and cozy. The water was hot and the AC was cold. It has a huge fenced in back yard (which was perfect for our dog to run around in), a outdoor eating area, and a fire pit with chairs. The location was great. Close to a Meijer, Walmart and Kroger, a Walgreens and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed staying there during our vacation and would absolutely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay the house. Pictures were fairly accurate… The only slight annoyance was how loud the air condition was inside the home when we were it was running other than that would stay again.

We were in town to visit a friend and were lucky that this property was available. It is very well kept and clean with great amenities. Property owner keeps it well stocked and no crazy/onerous rules. If you need to stay in the area, I would not look anywhere else before this.

Super cute place. Accurate description of the property and our dog LOVED the back yard!In town to visit family and this choice, by far, was so much better than a hotel. The only thing I would say is that if you plan on cooking you need to bring your own spices, there is only salt and pepper.Will stay again.

Cozy Cottage Christmas

This house is just as described, quaint, comfortable, and cozy. We were in town to celebrate the holidays with family and this was a great home base. Three adults were comfortable here. TVs in every room, strong wifi, well appointed kitchen. We didn't get to use the backyard due to the weather, but there is lots of seating and a good sized yard for kids or pets to run around. The owners had decorated for Christmas which added to the coziness. If you are visting the Marysville area, I highly recommend this home. We will be back. home. The

Best Vrbo ever!!!

We have stayed here before. This is the cutest place we call home away from home. We love bringing our 2 dogs as the back yard is fenced in. The neighbors have dogs as well so ours love them as well. There’s a game room for the grandkids when they visit. The kitchen has everything we would need. It snowed while we were there so the owner brought and put down some salt on a very icy spot. Not only that when the snow was getting pretty deep there was someone clearing the driveway and sidewalks. He even cleared the back patio!!! This is such a cute place in a quiet neighborhood and communication was the best ever. Such nice people!! We hope to come back again!! As a retired couple we moved south but have found this Vrbo to stay at when we come to visit!! It’s perfect. Thank you for everything!!

Hope to stay here again

We brought our 2 fur babies and they loved the fenced in backyard. The place is so cute and has everything we would want for our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. And we were so excited when we saw the Christmas decorations. So cute. The tree was awesome. Seemed like home. The location is great. Close to all locations but back far enough that it is so quiet. We hope to stay there again!!

Just what you need & more!

We booked this house for the weekend of our son's wedding, and it was more than we expected & everything we needed. Our group consisted of 5 adults & a 12 year old, and it had just enough space & amenities for us to all enjoy each others company & still have our own areas of retreat. The back patio, back yard, fire pit, and games in garage were all added bonuses & all utilized. Kitchen & bathroom were well equipped, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the décor...just lovely. Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend anyone looking to stay in the Marysville area to do the same. :)

Amazing place

I have stayed in VRBO houses around the world. This house was the best maintained and supplied. The house is in a great location, just minutes from food and shopping. We had to leave early due to an emergency and Jennifer was amazing in assisting our early checkout. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Ohio.
