Was a nice little cozy place to stay, it was perfect for our little family for Thanksgiving! There was plenty to do without leaving. There were pleny of trails to explore and fishing right outside our door. The host provided all of the information we needed for our stay was quick to respond.
Great location close to Hocking Hills State Park. Close to all of the attractions with short ride and really quiet area away from it all. All in all a really good experience and value.
Cabin was nice. Evening sounds by the pond were very relaxing. My hubs and boys enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. It was so nice to be close to a lot of hiking, food, and shops.

It was quiet and secluded. The view was wonderful.
The cabin was perfect and the view had us captivated. We were able to spend Thanksgiving morning making breakfast and watching the parade as a family, the day hiking on the property, and then cooking thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely come back and recommend!
Property was wonderful, although it was a little smaller in person than the pictures, but it was exactly what we wanted....some good, quality family time fishing, sitting by the fire, enjoying the hot tub. Could use a little TLC. But overall, wonderful place.
This property has a beautiful view and lots to do. The hiking trails behind the property are well maintained. Hot-tub and all the amenities worked great. I would recommend and stay here again.
This property great! It's a very nice little guest house beside a larger lodge house nestled back in the woods. I'm not giving 5 stars because the oven and grill needs to be cleaned. It just looks like some small cleaning details have been overlooked. The water was brown, so bring plenty of water for drinking and washing dishes. Other than that, it was a really nice, relaxing stay! We really enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, views and peacefulness.
Such a wonderful experience and the property was beautiful. I was blown away! We caught lots of fish, hiked and were so comfortable in the home! Hope to be back!

Thank you so much for the review! We love stargazing too! So glad you had a great time. Thanks for being great guests!
Exactly as presented. So close and easy to get to Hocking Hills. The view, the porch, the hot tub, was the greatest. So clean, and great amenities. It made our weekend, and we’re already planning on coming back in the summer.
Kids thoroughly enjoyed fishing and each caught a fish or two. Hot tub was delightful after a long day of hiking. Only small complaint is that the lighting could be better in the kitchen for evening cooking. Everything was fantastic and we all made great memories while on the property!
My brothers and I stayed for three nights here and really loved it. Kitchen had any utensil or amenity you would need, internet and Wi-Fi worked well, even outside of the cabin on the deck and at fire ring which was nice. Caught two bass in the pond and saw lots of sunfish. Listen to the frogs all night long under the stars. Loved this place.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for being great guests and we hope you come back soon!
The place is very nice. It is out there away from everyone. The owners were very nice and communicated very well with us. There are games for the kids which they enjoyed and fishing for us which had some of the biggest sunfish we have ever seen. If you enjoy the outdoors you will like this place. They also have paths through the woods to hike. Very well maintained. We really enjoyed the place and the owners.

Thank you for being such great guests and we look forward to having you back!
We loved our stay at The Lookout! Property was clean and as advertised in the photos. Check-in was seemless and property managers were readily availabe for anything needed. We loved the private trails and private pond for fishing. We did bring our own poles, but there were some provided as well. The kids loved the loft area. The property isnt far from many HH attraction like the waterfalls, caves, winery, etc. Highly recommend!

Great private get away
The cabin is nice but needs a few updates. The drywall is splitting in some areas and the ceiling is dirty. The appliances are dated and the bedroom sliding door is coming loose. The cabin was clean overall and the location is cozy and secluded. The host were very responsive. We would love to stay again at the big house on the property.
Overall it was a good stay just wish the cabin would have been in a little bit better shape for the money spent.
Everything on the surface was clean but when you looked in the cabinets for something that's when you seen the dirt. The ceiling fan is really dirt
