This fully rehabbed mid century modern home is nestled on the quiet side of Lake Geneva. Luxurious upgrades, fully stocked chefs kitchen, fire pit, back yard, bags set, new Weber Grill purchased in fall of 2022, video games, outdoor seating, and short drive or walk to Fontana’s Lake Geneva beach. Beach chairs, beach toys, and towels all included in rental. Coffee bar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash included. Pack n Play, crib sheets, high chair, children’s dishes etc. all included in this rental. Multiple golf courses nearby as well. 6 night minimum rental required. 8 Guests

Please return bag set to garage, exterior pillows if used, and cover firewood on side of the house if cover moved.

Wedding Weekend

This house was perfect for my wedding weekend! All of my bridesmaids had plenty of room for hair and makeup in the morning because of perfect open layout. The house is close to downtown Fontana and easy to access the beach! Susan was great to work with. I highly recommend staying here. A perfect house for a family vacation.

Great House

We had a great stay. The house was well stocked with all our necessities. We had 3 kids under five and couldn't have asked for better amenities for the kids. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, and super close to golf course and beach. Stacey was very responsive to all my questions! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our adult children, spouses and 19 month old grandchild. The house was a perfect size & set up. There were gates in front of both sets of stairs, a porta crib, booster seat, lots of beach toys and even toddler plates and utensils. The house is walking distance to the town, beach and huge playground. Matt & Stacey were great communicators, super responsive. The house was definitely a top stay. I highly recommend it!

Great family vacay!

Very kid friendly property and very family friendly with a wonderful backyard, fire pit, play structure, etc. Beautiful updates throughout the home. We stayed as a family with 2 children- good sleeping arrangements, beautiful kitchen, great communication with the owner, bathrooms were a tad small but overall, it was a wonderful week in Fontana ! Thank you so much!

wedding weekend

We had a nice stay plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and bath have everything you need. great neighborhood close to everything. Grocery, restaurants, beach/ beachwalk, shops. Love the Fontana side of the lake, a little quieter with still plenty to do. Didn't get to enjoy the yard but it has a lovely fire pit and grill. I would mention there are stairs to navigate to get in the house. This can be a issue with elderly or mobil issues. But once inside most is on one level. And the TV is a smart tv, that can be difficult for some. I would stay there again very relaxing and comfortable. Nicely decorated as well.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This home is so cozy and welcoming. The space is perfect for gathering with friends and family. Everything just flows! The outdoor space is just as accommodating. The owners pay close attention to detail and are amazing hosts! We will be back!
