My husband and I have three daughters and we love to travel, camp, go on adventures and have fun. Our favorite travel destinations include Colorado, Utah, California and Disney :). We love hospitality and making people feel comfortable and at home. We look at travel as a time and place to get away from the daily routine and tasks of life and be present with each other and re-charge while also exploring a new place. We hope that is what people experience when we host them.

The condo is located steps away from North Golf Course, and within a 5 min drive of three others, including The General (a top IL Course). Guest have year round access to the Owner Club (5 min drive) which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, indoor gym, business center, a game room (pool, ping pong, foosball, snooker) with an arcade, seasonal snack bar, and tennis courts. Also close is Eagle Ridge resort with Spa and dining options. Pickleball courts, horseback riding and trails for all ages at the Shenandoah Riding Center, over 20 miles of biking, hiking, and running trails 7 of which surround beautiful Lake Galena. Lake Galena has a marina for boat rentals and is a fantastic fishing lake. All this is just a 10 min drive from Historic Downtown Galena with incredible shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, historic sites, and nature preserves. 15 min away is Chestnut Mountain, one of the best ski hills in IL with jaw dropping views of the Mississippi. It also has an Alpine Slide and Zip Line running in the summer months and is home to an exquisite disc golf course. The Driftless Region is also home to some of the best Fly Fishing in the Midwest! There is so much to do and experience in this area for all ages.
