Birthday Trip

This is a great place to stay, the location and walk ability to restaurants is a big plus!! The amenities are perfect too! The view was amazing and felt safe and much quieter than a Hotel. We will definitely be back!

I booked this for my wife, our two kids and her mother from the Ukraine. She told me everything was very nice, much better than other places we have rented there. Everything was nice, clean and furniture was solid. Thank you for allowing us to share your paradise.

Great value for San Luis!

A better option than the hotel side for sure! Kitchen and bedroom gives a lot more space and you get the full amenities on the grounds. Bathroom had been “cleaned” but there was quite a bit of hair not picked up on the floor and in tv. Found hair on the comforter too. Location of unit was great and close to elevator. Wonderful views!

Nice Escape

Nice condo with use of all the amenities of the San Luis Hotel. Condo has everything you need but could be updated and use a new coat of paint. Early 2000s decor. Check out at 10:00 A.M. is too early.

Nice Stay at 533 - San Luis Resort

Great location and perfect for a couple or family with 2 smaller kids on the pullout. The only issue was the condo wasn’t cleaned very well. Food crumbs on island and bar seats. Lots of hair/dust on bathroom and bedroom floors. We felt like we needed to re-clean these areas before unpacking. Disappointing considering how much the “cleaning fees” are for the small condo. Furniture was high quality and bed was very comfortable. The resort is great. Lots of food options and the best pool area on the island. Plan at least 30 extra minutes as you have to go to a second location (rental office) to pick up keys and drop off at “check out”. Check out is too early (10am) considering the extra trip to drop off keys at different location. Overall great place with a few small quirks.

Don’t stay here!

Prior to arrival I asked about drapes being sheer based on a previous review. Nobody answered me and stupidly I booked anyway. Upon arrival immediately after viewing the condo I called with concerns. There was no internet, A/C was extremely loud, storm shutters broken so all the windows were only sheets. You woke up very early! Nobody called me so the following day I called again. I was assured maintenance would contact me and they would get me the internet info. NOBODY ever contacted me and I left messages daily. I really feel like I deserve a refund. The advertised queen bed was a double. Causing me to sleep on an air mattress. The trash and were all small like for a bathroom and the floors and couch bed were dirty. Worst place I have ever stayed. It’s cluttered with odd Knick Knacks and very dark. I will never use you again. Shame on your service people! It was gross!!
