Downtown comes alive with events throughout the year, including First Friday each month, classic car shows, and seasonal festivals. The historic towns of Mount Dora, Tavares, and Leesburg are only minutes away. The area is also part of the Harris Chain of Lakes—five connected lakes offering excellent opportunities for boating, fishing, and vacation fun.
