“ I’m Sittin’ On The Dock Of The Bay “

This is a wonderful opportunity to stay in this first time offered condo as a rental. This sun filled, updated and harbor side condo is located on Catawba Island where some of the most beautiful restaurants, wineries and outdoor entertainment areas are just a stones throw away.
We purchased this condo because we wanted to find a unit with a private boat dock for this condos use (up to a 30 foot boat) and happily stumbled across this new listing.
We snatched it up! It was perfect!
Wonderful floor plan with open views, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, two bedrooms, two full baths and the best view of the harbor! We plan to enjoy many afternoons and evenings perched on this balcony enjoying the boats sailing by and admiring the stars at night.
We also were pleased with the newer pool and hot tub area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun or read a book under one of the provided chairs and umbrellas. The association is attractively landscaped and well maintained. That was important to us as I am sure as a guest it would be too.
There is an added bonus with this unit as well. We purchased this unit as an empty unit and have spent the last few months decorating with all new furniture, bedroom mattresses and decor. We think it turned out great!

We had the best time!

My husband and I and our adult daughter and grandaughter spent four nights at "Sittin on the Dock of the Bay" and had an incredible time. Everything was lovely and we have absolutely no complaints. Bev even went above and beyond by providing us with a list of things to do and places to eat which she thought we would enjoy, and she was so right! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Quiet getaway!

Had a lovely long weekend at this well kept condo! The only small thing I would mention is to bring a few extra towels to have on hand…. Otherwise this place is perfectly placed and stocked for a great getaway spot! Loved the pool and the proximity to EVERYTHING. Lovely place!

Great Condo on Catawba

Nice location on a marina. Perfect property for our needs... a couple and adult son. Kitchen was equipped for all of our needs. We mostly only had breakfast there. Pool was very nice. Owners were super responsive. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great Stay!

Beautiful condo! Pictures were exactly correct. Clean and well stocked. Beds and couches were comfy. We had everything we needed for our stay and even a great view from the balcony - for watching activity in the marina. The location was perfect for us. Close to all the ferries and a short drive to Cedar Point. Lots of restaurants and activities close by. Communication and instructions were also easy! Definitely would stay again if we are back in town.
