This flat is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests be respectful of our nice neighbors. Noise curfew of 9pm is encouraged. Well behaved dogs considered with a $150 pet fee and $150 refundable pet deposit - 45lb LIMIT, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET AT THE HOME IF IT BARKS OR HOWLS WHILE YOU'RE AWAY; NOR IF IT JUMPS ON FURNITURE. NO CATS~ NO EXCEPTIONS. WE KINDLY ASK PLEASE NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES NOR GUESTS NOT PART OF YOUR RESERVATION. OTHERWISE, YOUR STAY IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND. The entire upstairs flat is yours to enjoy - private entrance from the street side.
